When you order something in stock and then take 20 days to deliver, the company should alert the buyer and this was not the case

I used to order a lot of stuff in this shop and I always was very happy with the way they communicated with me.

Now, after ordering 2 new clubs, they used my trust in them to postpone and postpone until I could not take back my money via papyal anymore!

They confirmed the cancellation of my order but now they are not responding to anything.

I will take them to court!

I bought a beautiful rescue Nike of the last year at an excellent price. The club arrived today and it is magnificent. Unfortunately supplier forgot to enter my house number and the phone number to the carrier, this could not deliver but no one warned me and no one knew who was the agent in Italy courier. In the end it all worked out well but I think that such errors should not happen. I want to thank Jenny for the effort expended in resolving the problem, although it was not within its competence

I've ordered a set of irons and some additional stuff in September. Getting no reply and no parcel for a month I started inquiring... It took the company weeks to replay and even then they could not tell how long it would take to get my delivery. They part delivered in 2 months then nothing... again! Eventually they stopped answering my e mails and my husband started calling them.
To make long story short. Now it is mid February and I just received the clubs... not the originally ordered brand and configuration though. I had to change order to make sure I'd get something for the money I've payed HALF A YEAR AGO! And they even had the nerve to charge me the postage for the parcel worth some 700 EUR!
Anyway I've learned my lesson and shall stick to British online stores I've had really good experience with from now on.
Trust me GolfStoreEurope is going to take your money and won't deliver for ages... if ever. Keep away!

Products are seconded to none. Fast delivery but service in terms of replying to emails about orders and not answering customer service phone number. I emailed customer services last week and still have not reply, you get an email stating you will reply within 72 hours should be more like 24 hours

En putter, bestilt den 20/12. er endnu i dag den 15/02 ikke leveret trods hjemmesiden angav at den var på lager. Det eneste jeg har modtaget er en undskyldning og en forsikring om senere levering, der nu også er passeret.
Den service kan i selv give stjerner. Nu har jeg bedt om penge retur

The hybrid performs well on the course, with plenty of adjustability. Particularly liked there was a weight kit included as well, though I've yet to experiment with it.

GSE were quick to send the club I ordered, and I will continue to shop from them. Never had any trouble ordering from them in the past either.

Checking the clearence list I found 2 products: 1) Oakley Mens Golf Waterproofs Oberlin Jacket in color Jester Red
and 2) Oakley Mens Golf Sweaters All Time Sweater in color Heather Grey.

I ordered in ealy October and eventually the club I ordered was not delivered after several promise from the company to wait . And I have not Been able to confirm refund which the company debited in early October when I ordered the club.
