I ordered a new Cobra Fly Hybrid 7 and paid through Paypal. The money was taken the next day but the product has still not been dispatched 8 days later. Now I can see on this company's reviews that there is a mix between excellent and terrible but their non communication is unacceptable. Every attempt I have made to contact them has failed apart from one auto reply e mail with no explanation.

Gives me the impression that the business may have gone under.

GSE customer service is overall honest and very helpful in their responses. I was immediately given a refund on a 2nd order shipping cost of a #4 Mizuno JPX EZ Hybrid I missed in the 1st order of iron set. I requested that the 2 orders be combined in a single parcel.
May need some adjustments online in regards to shaft type selection process which is a bit confusing for 1st time customers as it does not give you a standard choice for a "graphite" in lieu of XP105 (Steel shaft) if you decide to choose 2014 Orichi Regular Graphite under Flex selection. Flex weight should also be included with the type of graphite in Regular or Senior as regular flex may vary from 65 to 90 grams for Mizuno.

I HAVE WAITED FOR OVER A MONTH FOR MY GOLF CLUB! I NEED IT BADLY BUT THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. SEVERAL EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT AND NOW THEY SAY I WAIT FOR IT AND THEY WILL SEND A GIFT. SURELY, SHOULD I KEEP WAITING AND DREAMING FOR ITEMS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED? EVEN A REFUND IS NOT A RESPECTFUL GESTURE NOW

Le Driver Mizuno a été livré en une semaine dans un trés bon état et avec la clef de serrage. La livraison en point mondial relay permet de récupérer rapidement le colis même si on est absent souvent de son domicile. Je recommanderai sur ce site, le rapport qualité prix est optimum sur pas mal de produits.

Fin novembre j'ai commandé (et payé par transfert bancaire) des souliers FootJoy. GolfStoreEurope m'informe le lendemain que les souliers ne sont plus en stock (contrairement à ce que le website annonçait). J'opte pour le remboursement.... et - trois mois plus tard - ils ne m'ont pas encore remboursé. La semaine dernière ils ont annoncé l'envoi d'un chèque (leur service financier déclare maintenant ne pas pouvoir transférer l'argent !) qui n'est pas encore arrivé. C'est honteux !! Leur service clientèle est inaccessible au téléphone, et répond e-mails seulement trois jours plus tard.

This is kind of my first experience with GolfStoreEurope. First of all good pricing on their items, but it stops there.

It took 5 working days to process my order, that's 4 more then expected. My experience from order golf equipment from UK limits to maybe 10 orders from 2 different stores. 1 is from GSE and the rest is from (external reference).

The things that the main differential is processing and shipping time.

If you order on sunday, you have your package on friday, when you order from (external reference) i.e.

If you order from GSE you have your package the next friday which beneath contempt.

You might be a great store for UK buyers, but from a International point of view you're not. Work on your processing time and I might order from you again
