I have bought golf equipment from Amazon, Direct Golf etc. over internet for a number of years and not had any difficulty with purchases.
I recently bought trousers and sent them back - refund promised but not yet forthcoming - over a week has passed.
I also bought a GPS over two weeks ago and it has not been despatched from warehouse.
Getting in contact with Golf Store Europe is almost impossible - my faith is turning to concern.
Be wary!!!

Have tried ringing but can never speak to customer service and still haven't replied to
My email. Delivery time is long. Apart from that ok

My order was made on January 15th. Today, February 7th, it has not yet been delivered!!! The amount is very small. But I am waiting with confidence to receive it soon.

For such a small order it took to long to process the order.

When I ordered my kid's golf bag, I thought this was a French site. It was not, but fortunately, I can understand English as well.
During my order, the Web site crashed. I had to re-connect, and I could then go on with my order. I did receive then very contracditory messages from GolfStore Europe, some of them stating that my order was being processed, some other stating that my order had to be finalized.
I tried then to contact GolfStore Europe, but on Friday at 5 pm , Paris time, and they sent me a message stating that my question could not be answered, and that I had to send it again on Monday ???? It is strange that their Mail system cannot store messages during the week-end.
I sent another message on Wednesday, asking about the status of my order, and I did receive an answer in an half hour time, confirming that my order was being processed.
It turns out that one half hour after, I did receive the golf bag, and I am happy with it. I would though have prefered a smoother ordering process, with no system crash, but actual answers to my questions, and French language in all the correspondence, including this review !
