Unbeliveable, no I will Never order again there. Order took place 9.12.2014. Up till today no delivery, even if it says "in stock". I'm thinking about to call Police. Tried several times to reach via phone or e-mail without success. Worst shop ever ordered.

I ordered a jacket on 22th of december 2014, more than one month later nothing received.
No way to contact them by phone, so I sent them 2 emails (second 3 weeks after the 1rst one).
Each time with the same copy/paste answer that it's linked to stock issue and I'll received it in 5-7 working days ... but nothing arrived !!!
During this time, the website is always showing a product "in stock", what to deduct ?
Still waiting a positive sign ...

I ordered a fairway wood on GSE website the 2014/11/03. Due to their unacceptable delay, i have cancelled this order at 2014/12/11 and have asked them to be refunded.

2015/01/08, GSE finally answered the refund will be processed after i transmitted all my credit card digit, what i have done.
Since their last email, today the 2015/01/30, i'm still not paid back. i have two fraud procedures in progress. it's better to stay away of this business i f you want to save time and money.

I got a dozen balls to compensate for the price difference
The problem is that the delivered product does not work.
I often see the mesage " This function is not supported in Android"
I mailed GolfstoreEurope and explained this and asked to get the money back and return the product.
So far I have only got the comment from GolfstoreEurope.
that my smartphone does not follow the reuirement.
My smartphone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 with latest Adroid
and I have not seen any requirement for this App...?
The service I get from Golfstoreeurope is really bad.

I would recommend GolfStoreEurope to others (I already did).
The order process was simple. I price compared and I found them to have the lowest price.
The shipping was quick and FREE!

Appalling customer service. Only one response to many emails chasing my garment and phone calls just go to voicemail, which are never answered or responded to. Finally, garment was allegedly in stock and therefore should have been despatched within 24 hours, guaranteed. Garment finally arrived nearly three weeks later.
This service is not sustainable.

I have to say that all my orders were prepared and shipped on time, my satisfaction is 100% positive, and I will keep buying for GolfStoreEurope.
Hope they will have a good and long bussiness life.

I purchased my Callaway wedge from the well presented site. I had a slight problem as the one they sent was a graphite shaft and I wanted steel. I rang and rang there customer services but all you get is the answer phone. I emailed customer service to get an automated response that someone would be in touch within 48 hours, nearly 1 week later and not a call or mail. Very disappointed in the after sales. Make sure you order exactly what you want as trying to set up a call back seems impossible

I placed an order on sunday 2015-01-11. It didn't contain any custom fitted products and everything was in store. The order was shipped on monday 2015-01-19, which in my opinion is to slow. It shouldn't take that long to ship the order. Now it is evening on monday 2015-01-26, and I still haven't recieved any products. I live in Sweden so I can accept some delay, but this is not okay. One of the product was birthday gift for my son, but that was yesterday... On account of slow order handling and long shipping times, I can not recommend GolfStoreEurope.

Two weeks passed since I bought a standard golf driver on the golfStoreEurope and I haven't received the product yet! This is not an acceptable level of service!
