I have recently let my flat through the Cheam Village Goodfellows Branch. I can not speak highly enough of Maria and the team. They found me the perfect tenant, were very professional, friendly and attentive. Kept me updated the whole way through the process and found a tenant very quickly.

We can highly recommend Gareth Vaughn from the Mitcham branch. He put himself out to secure the Letting, by taking time out of his own time. Gareth is very approachable and if he doesn't know a question will seek out and give you a genuine answer and not fob you off.

As a tenant, dealing with Goodfellows was straightforward and stress free. The people at the office in Raynes Park were very helpful with any issues I had on letting the properties, during the tenancy and on termination of the tenancy. The staff I dealt with through Lettings and Management were very professional, communicating promptly and effectively for any matters the concerned me as the tenant through all phases of tenancy process.

The service from Goodfellows has been good, although it has taken a long time to let the property to decent tenants. I have a long history with goodfellows and overall I would say they are a good estate agent.

The lettings manager was flexible when discussing rental. Gareth and Carleen were always polite, friendly and professional. They were responsive generally and followed through if they agreed to contact me for any reason.

Excellent, efficient and friendly service - every time. I have used Goodfellows to let out our flat for the last 16-17 years and they have always maintained a service which has been professional and yet at the same time personal.
