High quality goods, easy return experience
I like how Goodstead carries high-quality goods. I also didn't like how some of the things I ordered looked/fit once I received them, and had no problem returning them.

Nice item but no communication regarding delivery
Nice item but arranged delivery and it never turned up, took a day off and it arrived 1 week later when I was on holiday. Good job my neighbour took it in for me.

Sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with the delivery of your order.
Having looked into it, you ordered in the evening of the 8th August and the parcel was delivered on the 10th (I have the confirmation of delivery). It states on our website that next day delivery is only on orders placed before 12pm each day so the order did in fact arrive on time.
We also emailed out tracking information to the email address you gave when placing your order.
If you have any queries or require this information sent over please get in touch and we can provide it to you.

I placed my order and received it the next day, I previously placed the same order with a different company and had to wait 7 days before I cancelled my order because it still hadn't been shipped out yet!
I'm impressed with the service provided by Goodstead.
