Didn't have to deal with any customer service stuff so can't comment on that, but my order was shipped quick and arrived quick. No issues.

i had ordered those yuketen shoes in orange, i got them in brown. I like them too but it is still a mistake and i don't want to get a refund at this point

Reasonable prices, quality service and variety of brands that's why this store is one of my favorite. If you have some questions or hesitations, staff will always help you. So I would recommend this store for everyone, especially during sales.

First, after receiving your email on 11.6.2012 about the shipment of my two pairs of shoes procured, I have only received one pair so far (today is 20.6.2012). After checking the tracking no. of the other pair, it is indicated from the Royal Mail website that the shoes have been sent to Beijing instead of Hong Kong. This is unbelievable as both pairs were procured under the same order by using PayPal.

Second, after unpacking the pair of shoes received, I discovered that you have wrongly put two left foot shoes, one of UK size 7 and other one of UK size 8 in the box (I bought UK 7). This is totally unacceptable.

This is really a bad experience. I will seriously consider future shopping from Goodstead.

I'm a big fan of pointer footwear and struggle to find suppliers of women's pairs. Goodstead has a great selection and I will definitely return to the website should I be looking for more clothing or shoes.

My only quibble is I paid extra for next day delivery but the shoes arrived two days after ordering. No big deal, I have previously bought Pointer footwear from Germany which takes a week.

I will recommend the store to friends and next time I'm in Edinburg I'll pop by.

Got just what I wanted, first time and very quick delivery for free. Could always use more detailed size info for each given manufacturer/brand or even product line rather than a general size guide.

I knew I wanted this jacket when my friend bought one, but I needed it in a different colour (she's a readhead and I'm a brunette). I nearly gave up and then I found it on the Goodstead site, and in my size! Really pleased and will shop here again.

Goodstead - I have only used the online store not the Edinburgh shop - are efficient, and have a large, well-priced stock, good range of sizes and a more or less permanent sale. They are usually a few pounds cheaper than other designer online outlets and they deliver quickly, and for free or very cheaply.

I always have every confidence when ordering from Goodstead - great and speedy service!
