Visited on Saturday to purchase walking boots for my very excitable son, all staff were lovely especially Cole who served us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Every store should have a Norman!! 👏👏
Went to Blackburn Go Outdoors today looking for some new walking shoes. I was served by Norman who is an absolute credit to the store! What a lovely, professional, personable member of staff. We had a lovely chat about walking in Italy. He was very attentive whilst being very busy. Think he was attending to 3 of us at the same time. They are very lucky to have him. Every store needs a Norman! And he is 85 years old! Brilliant!! Well done 👏
