I wanted to take a moment to recognise Marisa at GO Outdoors Brislington for providing genuinely exceptional customer service.
From the moment we approached the till, Marisa was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming, professional and clearly passionate about making sure customers leave happy.
What particularly impressed us was her excellent product knowledge, positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. She made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another transaction, which is something you rarely see in retail these days.
Marisa is a real credit to GO Outdoors. Her customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to make customers feel genuinely valued are exactly what every retail business should strive for.
I sincerely hope the management team recognises and rewards Marisa for the outstanding service she provides. Employees like her deserve recognition because they’re the reason customers return, recommend a store to others and choose to shop there again.

Easy online ordering. Requested in store pick up. Goods were available later the same day. The member of staff that gave me my order was polite, friendly, and genuinely interested in the items I’d bought and where I was going to use them.

I still do not have the bike that I…
I still do not have the bike that I purchased a month ago now. I have since been to the store twice and called multiple times and no one is able to give me further information. The bike is still just sat in the maintenance area without being looked at.

Absolutely amazing service from Aran and harris
Absolutely amazing service from Harris in the footwear department, the very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He then referred me to Aran in cycling and he was a great help in finding what seat I needed for my bike and knowing the different comfort levels.
