Served by Mia and Marysia. I was on a hurry for walking boots on my lunchtime. I had a quick, positive and coordinated response from all the staff. And I got exactly what I needed. I thought I’d got the right size but came back the following day to exchange for the next size up. Again, very positive and helpful. Made everything easy for me. Thank you.

Mariam was really friendly and helpful, we got everything we required for a last minute weekend away and some extras. Excellent customer service and very informative. Makes such a difference when you are served with a smile and someone who genuinely wants to help.
