Great staff especially Steven
I’ve been in an out this shop 3-4 times this week to try and sort out different tents and problems that kept cropping up. Every single time I went in Steven met us with help and kindness and just an all round amazing attitude. He spent a lot of time with us and really couldn’t have done any of this without him. What an amazing staff member.

Came for a few camping bits but took a lot longer as none of the products match the tickets and took a while to find things as mixed up especially the lights.got most of what we need but disappointing compared to other branches

Very helpful
I went to go outdoors today for the first time in years. Neo was very helpful and friendly. She gave me some good advice regarding camping stoves and coolers and also helped me to take everything to the van.

Just browsing.......
My wife and I were initially only going in-store to have a browse.. Famous last words.
We got talking with Steven about tents, weather suitability etc.
My wife and daughter found a pink tent that they really liked, however the store only had the display model available.
Steven was extremely helpful and said that he didn't mind dismantling and packing it away for us to buy.
Service outstanding!
Staff outstanding & friendly!

Excellent customer service from Steven. The only paddle board left in store was fully inflated, but he went out of his way to get it down and deflate it for us. He couldn’t have been more helpful. A real credit to the team.

Good customer service
My son and I spent ages trying on multiple pairs of walking boots and were served very patiently by Vic who had to make lots trips into the storeroom! She gave helpful advice on the differences between styles and brands of boots. Thank you Vic.

Returned a damaged item to the store
Returned a damaged item to the store on Saturday morning. Really helpful staff in getting me a replacement item and finding my account when I had left my Go Outdoors card at home. Emily was particularly helpful.
