A very pleasant experience with friendly staff!
The store was very clean and tidy! Lucy was very helpful when recommending walking boots and coats that would be appropriate for our needs and Kacey was very friendly and polite on the till :)

Went to the store recently and was served by Amy, she was very helpful and managed to save us £31 by getting us to join their loyalty scheme which is only £5 for the year

Sam, Gemma and Lewis helped prepare with for my first hike and it was amazing! Sam used his initiative to help me without asking, Gemma was spot on about the shoes I needed and Lewis ensured I knew all the technical bit about my bag choice.

Magnificent knowledge and service
I recently visited Go Outdoors on York road Leeds and was assisted by a brilliant sales associate Sarah Wise. She was super knowledgeable and helpful enabling us to make a well informed purchase decision. Will definitely be back again and cannot recommend Sarah enough.

I usually purchase equipment for my children's scouts camps, most of the time I'm just wandering around clueless with a kit list and end up asking for help and I always manage to find a staff member in no time and they are always super kind and help me with tonnes of advice that I'm forever grateful for. I went to the store recently to purchase some walking boots for my DofE expedition. I was struggling to find a good pair of shoes, and Mike was incredibly helpful in finding the right shoes. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, alongside providing great advice for the proper fitting of the shoes, and explaining the components of a good walking boot. Eventually I left with a very comfortable pair of shoes. Thank you Mike!
