I want to thanks Mr Charlie W for his support and help. GO outdoors great place for shopping.

Served by Charlie W today. Really pleasant young man who ensured what I purchased was right for me whilst some staff were too busy in conversation with themselves.

Great service ,very professional, and did a price match on the selected item.

We will be calling again

Our assistant - Cleo - could not have been more helpful and patient in answering all our questions. She was very well informed about the stock and offered excellent and impartial advice which guided us in making our selection. An extremely positive experience for us.

We asked the help of Emmanuel who went above and beyond to help me find the walking sandals I was looking for.

Emmanuel went out of his way to help resulting in us buying two pairs of sandals.
Very patient and extremely customer focused- thank you Emmanuel

Bought a pair of walking shoes and staff were very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble

Best store! Very friendly and helpful staff especially Samantha who helped me with choosing a coat for my mother’s birthday. Samantha was very warm and welcoming when I asked her for some assistance, credit to go outdoors 🙌🏾👏🏾

Salesman was really helpful and polite

Very helpful and friendly. Charlie W was amazing searched the entire shop for my size and made the entire process smooth. Would definitely recommend, thank you Charlie.

The two members of staff went out of there to help and were very friendly and chatty. Sadly that doesn’t happen enough these days - well done!

We met two members of staff that worked really hard to help us make purchases Gloria who search high and low to find the right size jacket from the store room and Charlie on the till very engaging.

I was collecting an item and a member of staff was immediately available to assist me. I was able to try the item on to make sure of the fit. All in all fast, polite and friendly. Great service, especially now that you have a store in the Arndale.

Sales assistant Samantha @ MCR Arndale store very friendly & helpful sorting out my online order issue. Great customer service thank you 👍👍👍

Emma on the tills was fantastic, helpful, informative and just genuinely lovely. First time visiting and I’ll definitely be back!

Great First Experience at Go Outdoors – Arndale Centre, Manchester

This was my first time shopping at Go Outdoors in the Arndale Centre, and I had a really positive experience. I ended up buying a pair of trainers, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

A big shoutout to Laiba, who was absolutely lovely! She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She helped me find a pair of trainers that are both comfortable and suitable for my daily lifestyle. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach made a real difference.

I also appreciated that the trainers I chose weren’t on my Palestine boycott list, which gave me extra peace of mind with my purchase.

Overall, a great shopping experience – I’ll definitely be returning!

We were greeted by a lovely lady called Louise to show and guide us through the footwear available for running and the free foot scan they had in the store to show best appropriate footwear from the scan for size & shape of our feet. We were very impressed by the knowledge & information given by Louise and was so delighted with the recommendations from the scan & Louise’s input. Highly recommended, Louise was professional & so helpful so it’s a 10/10 from us for this service & choices we had to accommodate our requirements. We only went in to see what was available & ended up coming away with 2 pairs of suitable & recommended running trainers. Thank you & we can’t wait to try them out on our running journeys 🙏👍

great, helpful and quick service

Louise was nothing but helpful went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of shoes I needed and spent a good chunk of time talking through all the options and providing me with as much information as possible. I felt looked after and left the shop with exactly what I needed. 10 out of 10 Service.
