Debz was very helpful
Debz was very helpful . I wanted to try on a waterproof jacket . She was knowledgeable & suggested some good advice . At the checkout we were served by Laura , she was an absolute delight & a pleasure to deal with.

Went in to buy a beach change robe and was greeted by a lady called Laura. Very polite and friendly, asked where I could find them she told me straight away. Was served again by Laura at the tills. Very professional and friendly service. Thank you

Popped into the Norwich store
Popped into the Norwich store, today, to pick up a pair of "Cut down" walking trousers.
Had hung on till before just going on our walking holiday. Was after a certain brand but found another brand, much cheaper, and allowed me to purchase two polo tops, as well, one at half price.
So, I was able to buy three items, for less than the one branded pair of walking trousers, I had originally set out to do.

I have twice ordered a product that was…
I have twice ordered a product that was stating in stock, the first one did not arrive so I got a refund. I checked and it was still in stock so ordered again and my order was cancelled and refunded the next day.

Good service as always.
Use this store a fair bit and always leave happy with the stock and the service, if needed. Staff always ready to help. Today was good and Laura on the checkout was pleasent and polite.

Ally was most helpful
Ally was most helpful, going backwards and forwards to get trainers for us. We mentioned a type that she said may not be available and then spotted the word we had used on a box and brought that. She did her job very well, as did the man on checkout who carefully checked the product. Altogether a good experience!

Laura C the lady to see for Waterproofs
I went into Go Outdoors this morning looking for a shell jacket that would be lightweight, easy to pack away but still good for a long hike if it were to shower. There are so many waterproofs in there I decided I needed some help. Let me start by saying Laura C was fantastic. She was polite, patient, knowledgable and very helpful, she asked my budget, what I needed it for and my requirements and from there showed me a selection of waterproofs that she thought would suit. I got to try on different sizes, also with an additional layer underneath to make sure it still fit properly. I ended up walking away with the Berghaus Stormcloud waterproof jacket and I could not be happier with my experience!
