Fantastic advice and service by Ally…
Fantastic advice and service by Ally yesterday when looking for waterproof walking shoes for my dog walks. She was really helpful and brought several pairs to try. Very happy with my purchase and wore the shoes last night. Super comfy to wear and dry feet too! Dean was welcoming and polite at checkout and I purchased club membership as old one lost after house move. Will be back to shop soon.

Complete fishing setup, great staff.
Went in looking to buy a complete set up to go lake fishing, Spoke to Tom about what I was looking to do and get as well as budget and he spoke through all the options with me, picked out all the bits I needed, helping me every step of the way.
Didn't at any point feel like he was tryna oversell me or get me to buy stuff for no reason.
Left very happy with everything I need to head out to the lakes this weekend !
Will be returning for anything I need going forward.

Great shop
Great shop. Always a good selection of styles and price ranges. Never a problem to find a size.
I was in the shop with my son shopping for his adventure trip this summer.
I asked an assistant if there was an equivalent trouser for male and female. Although there wasn’t Debz took interest it his trip asking questions and pointing us in the direction of other great products that were useful.
She was very helpful and kind, made the long stint on the shop more enjoyable.

Excellent value rucksack for DofE expedition
We came to buy a rucksack for our son's Duke Of Edinburgh expedition. Paul showed us a selection of rucksacks and took great care to ensure we found one that fitted our son properly, making all the necessary adjustments on the straps. It was from the Euro Hike range and excellent value too. Thank you for great service.

Just purchased another Wild children's…
Just purchased another Wild children's bike from the store. Bought an 18 before now the 24 for my granddaughter. Highly recommend these bicycles.
The service was excellent again. Shaun genuinely cares about doing the job correctly and offering good advice.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Laura found us a trolley when initially we were looking to leave some items behind the till area. She subsequently served us at the till and was very helpful and proficient.
We enjoyed our visit to the Store.

Fantastic service!
On arriving to get my daughters walking boots and trainers, I was met immediately by Joy, offering to help. Several pairs of boots later my eldest was properly fitted out and the process repeated with the youngest.
Joy was courteous, patient and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Failed deliveries to both home and local store
I’ve now tried ordering the same backpack and boots twice, first time failed delivery then when I attempted to get them delivered to my local branch, I was refunded without any communication about why my order was cancelled.
Impossible to get through to anyone to find out what is going on!
