Online order was cancelled because one item went out of stock
Drove to Preston Deepdale to purchase as all was in stock.
Whilst checking out the price of the tent went up £150 as the offer ended.
Very dissapointed.

Poor customer service and communications !!
Appalling service ordered online for store collection didnt hear anything for 8 days contacted customer service who said it had been instore for 6 days so rang store and spoke to very unhelpful girl who said it wasnt there if not had email confiming. I rang back finally got through speak with manager at store who found it straight away finally got order after 10 days !!

Helpful Staff

Go outdoors is now my go to place…
Go outdoors is now my go to Camping Suppler for all my camping. The range of products is vast and their knowledge and assistance in store is amazing. The membership discounts are just great and the quality of the stock is second to none. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent Customer service from Luke…
Excellent Customer service from Luke today. He was superb today under trying conditions. Initially there was a problem with the tills so we left our items behind the counter and continued shopping. Unfortunately when we came back someone had collected our three boxes of shoes and put them back into stock. Luke was great in getting them retrieved for us. Then we had some vouchers to use. They were unrecognised initially but soon sorted them all for us, Great front of house work by Luke and his efforts should be recognised by his manager,

Ordered a gift card on line to be delivered to home address for a birthday gift. Did not arrive on time or at all. Contacted customer services to be told it had gone astray with promise of next day delivery for a replacement. That was 2 days ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Very disappointing

First time visiting since the store has been refurbished. Visited for a click and collect item, could do with sign posting for the collection counter which is upstairs in the fishing section. Great service from Alison who served me 😁

My woolly hat
