Gavin was really helpful. Great customer service.

I was heading out camping last weekend and needed boots and waterproofs and Sean and Evie from the St Paul's branch were so so helpful. Sean popped down when the downstairs section was closed as I'd arrived after work. Evie helped me find other kit and I was able to walk out the store in new boots which served me well last weekend in wet conditions.

Very helpful assistant called Evie made purchase of my new Brasher shoes simple and enjoyable.

I went to the St Paul’s London store today to buy my annual pair of Brasher country walking shoes, was served by Evie.

Evie was very pleasant, helpful, and friendly.

It people like Evie working in the store that makes me buy all my shoes from the Go Outdoors/ Blacks group.

I’ll be back!

We visited the St Paul’s branch today and were served by Evie who was super helpful and friendly in helping us find some suitable walking boots for my teenage son to wear on his DofE expedition. We had a very positive experience. Thank you Evie!

Popped in to get new walking shoes for trip the NEC show.
Edie was lovely and helpful. Pleased with shoes , good price and great service. Been a while since i bought from them , but happy to come back in the future

A very helpful and polite lady called Evie served us with a smile, my husband needed new walking shoes and when he asked about the sizes they had she quickly went and found a size 14 he requested. She even told me to wash the fleece I’d chosen inside out because the pile on the outside collected all the flick from other items if washed together.

Gavin in the downstairs shoe section was really helpful when I came in for Gore‑Tex walking boots . He gave clear advice, measured my feet for the right fit, and made the whole visit very smooth. The overall experience was very good, and I was especially pleased with the price‑match policy — I ended up getting my walking boots at a great price.

Alam and Tim were super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose a self-inflating mat for my son’s Scout trip.

Went to get a pair of lightweight walking trainers. Gavin was both helpful and well informed and came up with some fantastic suggestions (I ended up getting a wonderfully light pair of Merrells). I also managed to pick up a new rucksack. A real reminder of the value of the in-shop experience - so much better than online!!

Gavin provided excellent advice to me, whilst doing doing similar for 2 other customers. He had a thorough technical knowledge he shared in a straightforward way. He did this all in a very personable way. Full marks on all counts.

Went into the shop for a pair of walking boots and was ably assisted by Gavin who measured my feet, helped advise on the correct size to get and also checked to see which other branches had the right size of gaiters which I was then able to purchase from the Tottenham Court Road branch. Gavin is very helpful and knowledgeable and I am very happy with my new boots and gaiters.

I was served by Gavin who was busy with customers but handled us all very well. I needed some proper advice which I have never got from other shops so well done Gavin.
