Great little shop
I went in to buy a rainproof coat and was helped enormously by Alam, the store supervisor. He gave me good advice, and I came away with an attractive and practical Peter Storm jacket. Alam was interested in his customers and enthusiastic about his job. He should be promoted! All in all, a very successful visit to Go Outdoors.

Served by Gavin for some climbing boots. He was superb and was able to fit me out with the right size (14) and advise on how to get the b2 boots I also need online.

I came, was measured- I bought
Served by Gavin- Came in for a set of urban trainers, got measured and left with a pair of urban trainers fitting like a glove. Great service, could have gone down the road to cheaper store for cheaper make - but glad i went for quality of product and quality of service- local to St Pauls

Great customer service!
I went in with no idea what I needed for skiing (it is my first time). Evie went out of her way to help and allowed me to get things ordered to my house from the store. Joel and Sean were also helpful with advice on what to get that didn’t cost too much.

Lovely shopping experience with Alam
Alam made the entire shopping experience so wonderful with his knowledge, experience, and kind demeanor. I had so many questions, and he patiently walked me through the different Osprey backpack options, making sure I got something that perfectly suited my needs. So glad I walked in today!

Supportive and knowledgeable staff
Sean was very helpful when I came in and discussed different trekking bags.
Although the bag I wanted to look at wasn't In stock he supported me with finding it in another store and showing me alternative options.
Very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining different variations of jackets and fleeces to me.

I went in to look at the Garmin Fenix…
I went in to look at the Garmin Fenix watches. From start to finish the staff were amazing attentive and helpful.
Alam and Tim in particular excelled with their customer engagement.
I will definitely be purchasing more from this store given the attention I received.
