GO Outdoors - Swansea Opiniões

Went in today to look at some sleeping bags, Mark was very knowledgeable explaining all the different features, benefits etc. Super helpful.

Was then served by Will who was superfriendly and helpfull

Clean. Clear signage. Value products.

We always have a fantastic experience at GO Outdoors Swansea, and that’s largely thanks to Mark. He genuinely goes above and beyond every single time we visit. His knowledge is incredible—no matter what we ask, he always has the answer and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.

On our latest visit, we bought an Osprey bag, and Mark made the whole process so easy. He helped us choose the right one and made sure it suited exactly what we needed, which we really appreciated.

Mark is not only extremely helpful but also genuinely friendly and approachable, which makes such a difference. You never feel rushed, and he always makes sure you leave feeling confident and well-prepared.

Every visit feels like a success because of him, and we honestly look forward to seeing Mark whenever we’re in store. He’s a real credit to the team!

Needed new walking shoes. Was helped by a store assistant Tim who took the time to listen to what I wanted and recommended footwear that would do the job. He advised on the merits of the different brands including durability and reliability over different terrains. Bought two pairs with a view to deciding on the right pair at home. Tim explained the returns policy. Very happy with my purchases.

The service from Amelia was impecable the time and patiance she had with us on Sat April 4th,

Go outdoors in Swansea is a excellent shop.Staff are really helpful.

Max was very helpful in helping us to choose walking boots for my son Duke of Edinburgh gold expedition. He was very informative and knowledgable. On another occasion he was most helpful when I returned to the same store wanting a refund on an unopened sleeping bag.

Been served today by Corey and Sarah. Excellent service would give 10 stars if possible.

Had an issue today as all systems said my card had expired but I was 100% sure I had renewed it. Sara who I guess was some sort of supervisor came down, and was very calm and helpful and from working out the date I renewed it, and the items I bought that day, she was able to track back and find that card was paid for, but not linked to my card already in system, hence the issue. Thanks Sara for your help and patience in resolving the at GO Outdoors Swansea branch
