We are disappointed to hear of your recent experience with your Click & Collect order.

We approciate how frustrating it must have been to make mulitiple unnecessary journeys to the store after receieving confirmation that your order was ready to collect, only to find that thw whole order was not available for collection. Having to return again later to collect the remaining items, and then make a further trip to return a faulty item, is far from the level of service we aim to provide.

We value your feedback and will ensure your comments are shared with the store management team so that the issues with order readiness and customer service can be reviewed and improvements made.
