Sadistic marketing
The store has big prices displayed. When you get to the till, you realise you have been duped and that those prices are for members only. Now at the till feeling pressure, you pay £45 for a pair of £20 shorts. Now I feel like I have been robbed and will not return.

We are sorry that it was not made adequately clear that the discounted prices displayed in store were for our members.
For a small charge our members receive discounted prices as well as first access to new products and brands. They can also use our price match service.
We do hope that you will visit GO Outdoors again in the future and consider becoming a member to take advantage of these benefits.

Polite Staff
The staff were very polite despite my accidental knockage of the display. Tom and Ethan quickly and professionally dealt with the situation then guided me to my preferred destination.

Travelled from Stoke to purchase a tent bundle. I phoned beforehand to check stock levels and Donna put the bundle aside for me. Charlotte served me at the till and was very helpful.

Trailer Wheels Refund
Purchased 2 new wheels for my trailer in the Wigan branch in May, only just got round to fitting them on the 5th of July to discover they were the wrong stud pattern. Avaina in the Warrington branch was really helpfull in tracking my purchase down using the members system and quickly refunded me. I found the correct size in the store and purchased them. All in all, sorted in 15 minutes.

Not helpful? Went to the store today 26/6/26.to purchase an awning, a fairway 100 A. ask the girl and the guy at reception have you got one and she looked on the phone and said no !? so I thought I’d just have a look!! and there was one there !? I said to the girl, it’s always probably better to physically look !?,she said oh I can’t leave my till?? yet there was 3 !! people standing 🧍 there ! at that moment!,So it’s a good job. I looked for one , .not very helpful.

We are sorry to hear about your experience in store and that you were initially advised the awning was unavailable when there was stock on the shop floor. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially after you were able to locate the item yourself.

Gas regulator
Went to Go Outdoors Warrington today after having problems with a regulator for my gas BBQ. Baz, Jack and Charlotte were very helpful and polite, and got my problem sorted. In the future Go Outdoors will be my first port of call when I need any thing again. Thanks to you all

The staff promised will help to build the bike after purchase it. When the bike arrived the shop told me no one can help as the staff is on leave for a month !!

Visited Go Outdoors
Visited Go Outdoors, Warrington this morning, i find this branch most inviting. Outside the main entrance there is a clean bowl of dog water & some doggy biscs in another bowl - how welcoming is that for our 4 legged friends. We had our Roxie with us so she thought this wonderful as well & great that you can take your dogs in store, she likes camping as well. A bright clean store with all merchandise on display clearly. Found myself a nice waterproof jacket & also a gillet for those chilley days. Went to the tills where i was served by Sue, very friendly with a lovely smile & very efficient. A pleasure to shop here. We'll be back.
