Visited to buy new walking trainers, special thanks to Branch Manager, Barry for his great help regarding some questions about the pricing of a pair I had chosen. Barry was really helpful, checked all the details and agreed to price match the same pair online elsewhere. I shop at this store regularly and Barry is always approachable, friendly and helpful, cheers.

Also, thank you to Sue who was helpful and friendly at the checkout, great service overall.

Go outdoors is our families go to for so many things. Including birthdays and Xmas gifts for our outdoorsy friends. On the rare occasion an item hasn’t been suitable the staff at outdoors make everything so easy for refunding or exchanging. Always professional and most of all with a smile . Thankyou.

Ordered at short notice Thursday at 7pm and delivered following day before 1pm

Brought a child's bike which we had bought from the store back in for a couple of repairs. Phil was brilliant. The issues were resolved speedily and professionally.

Very hard to get the bicycle technical people once bike is purchased for repairs. They never seem to be in.

The young ladies Sue and Donna where so helpful and nothing was touch trouble for them

Donna was beyond helpful and knowledgeable when buying specialist equipment for hiking. A really lovely and friendly lady. An asset to the company.

Sue and Donna could not do enough for me this morning I bought 14 gilets and they went out of there way to find me all the sizes I needed Thank you girls 👍

The prices and service so far have been very reasonable. Some of them cheaper than expected, and good quality.

Picked up a new bicycle and really impressed with the service from purchase to collection from Phil in the bike department. So knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. Spent an hour going through the handover to make sure I was leaving with no questions unanswered.

Had a wonderful experience today at the warrington store I couldn't find my receipt for a coat i purchased in December which was faulty but a really caring staff member was able to find it on the store computer and arranged a exchange.

What a great place to shop for everything outdoors and I mean everything. It's reasonably priced if you join their scheme at £5. I bought a coat which was a great price at £45. I was served by Evie who couldn't of been nicer. Would recommend to anyone for a visit.

We came in the try on some craghoppers and Charlotte helped us with everything we were looking for, unlocked the changing rooms and stuck around giving both welcome and constructive feedback, and availability to help with anything we asked.

She had a very warm and welcoming demeanor and we didn't feel like a bother.
May have have ended buying a little more than we expected, but definitely worth it, and a great shopping experience from someone that doesn't like clothing shopping generally!

Good guidance and recommendations of product

I am leaving a review because the girl behind the counter gave me the QR code. She even wrote her name on it with a smiley face. Which is good.

It would have been better if she has smiled and/or shown the slightest bit of interest in me as a customer and made me feel welcome.

There is a 60% off banner on the wall outside which has brought me in. I saw very little evidence of anything at 60% off and in order to get any sort of discount I had to pay £5 to become a member.

I am going overseas trekking. So I required specialist clothing for warmer weather. In a huge superstore carrying a huge amount of stock they had ONE shirt suitable for this environment. Even though out of season for the UK you would think there was enough room in the store to for a basic range of suitable clothing.

Overall I wouldn’t rate the experience very highly. Can’t think when I have had such an underwhelming retail experience.
