Fantastic service again in Go Outdoors Wolverhampton. I went there on Saturday for a look round and had great service from Tina, Tansy and another lady who was their supervisor.
I have been shopping here for many years and unlike 95% of corporate multiples they actually have maintained a good level of customer service which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience.
So many companies have automated tills and no staff to help customers, they are just greedy and profit orientated, you have managed to avoid this way and your staff are always helpful and knowledgeable so obviously well trained.

Sabrina was very helpful. Quick and friendly service.

Euro hike flask lasted 2months again after exchange

The product was terrible but the two members off staff Katie & JJ was very helpful and got it sorted out for me

Came to buy a camping toilet and while browsing was approached by Ade who asked if we needed any assistance. I had a question re the chemicals needed and he explained the difference between the array of chemicals to chose from. Very helpful. Also there was a lad, didn’t catch his name, a young black lad who I asked where I could find a levelling spirit for
Use with levelling ramps. I couldn’t find them and so carried on. This lad went out his way to find one and then searched the store for me to hand it to me. He was clearly busy but stopped to help me and he went above and beyond just telling me what section to look in. Really nice, polite, helpful lad.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Graham at GO Outdoors Wolverhampton/Bilston for the fantastic help and customer service I received today.

I came into the store feeling a little anxious and with only a small amount of knowledge about what I needed. However, thanks to Graham’s patience, reassurance and expertise, I have left the store with a complete set of equipment and, more importantly, the knowledge and confidence to use it properly.

Graham was incredibly patient, polite and helpful throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never once made me feel silly for not knowing something. His reassurance made what initially felt quite daunting into something that now feels like a breeze.

I will definitely be returning to this store, and Graham is a huge reason why. Thank you again, Graham — it’s people like you who make such a difference and turn an experience you know nothing about into something enjoyable and exciting.

Very helpful assistant, Mel, who was patient and knowledgeable when I was pucking new walking boots/shoes.
I also bought a reduced T shirt, which will come in useful.on my forthcoming holiday.

Went to have a browse today, as this is our favorite shop, super tidy and clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My partner ended up with pair of walking boots, and Mell was very kind to helps us with those.

It took too long for the shop to receive the order and they never notified me they had received it, I had to go there twice and ask

Ordered through click and collect.
10 days later still not received.
Did not receive any email to say it was ready to collect.

I ordered some work shorts online that I needed to return, they were too small which was no faults of the store. I was able to come in and buy a new pair that were the correct sizing. Everybody was very professional and friendly however, I have had issues with the money for returning the original shorts. A new system has been put in place for returns and even the workers expressed annoyance with it. I was told that I would have a confirmation email about the return within 24-48hours but a week later I have still received no email and haven’t had the money returned to my account.

Mell was really professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Started by asking what type of walking I was going to be doing and what budget I had in mind for a pair of new walking boots. She talked me through some options and I tried on a few different boots. Have used them on holiday and found them really comfortable.

Great service from Mel and Abi today in helping me buy some new walking shoes and ensuring I was getting the best discounts.
