From looking into this further we can see that your items were in stock and ready for collection. However, you did not receive the email notification to advise this. We understand this meant you were unaware that your order was ready. The order was therefore cancelled and refunded when it was not collected within the expected timeframe. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
