Very helpful when I have a query, which is always dealt with efficiently and expeditiously. It’s great to be able to try products I wouldn’t usually think of trying - either for free or at a fraction of the retail price by giving cashback. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GreenJinn.

It's such a nice way of adding variety to the weekly shop. You just go onto the app and check what's on offer. I got a natural energy drink from Brite for free a couple of weeks ago, and it was great. Now I keep getting them, but I probably wouldn't have had it otherwise.

Great app. But not without issues.

I used to be the biggest fan for this app but for some reason there is someone from the staff not keen and trying hard to push me away from using GreenJinn, it started with asking to re upload almost every receipt I submit by saying not clear enough and all receipts are so clear and I took a snapshot of the all the receipts they got rejected by saying not clear and sent it to customer service 25 days ago so they can investigate further to see who is doing it… but it feels like I been put on a different list and every receipt takes 5 days then get rejected just to push me away… and today I been trying to log to my account since the afternoon and it feels like unregistered account or frozen, same msg I get when I put another email not registered with green jinn, so I asked a friend of mine who introduced me to GreenJinn to try her account on my iPad and it worked like magic
So I thought my only way to get someone’s attention is to change my feedback here

Great and speedy response when I had to contact customer support.

I was using this app around 2 years. I though GreenJinn to tried a few products and it could be claimed the offer after you purchase. Many products you could try. Such as yougurts, crisps, vegetables or even cakes. It was very great and the app was so easy to use. Try it and experience it!!

Great App, and so easy to use with great selection of offers, been using it for a couple of years now and always prompt payment too. Had a small problem recently which was my fault but it was sorted out by Aubrey in no time. Thanks again Aubrey

I’ve been using GreenJinn for a few years and my experience has been very positive. The app is user-friendly and allows you to try new products without paying full price. Receipts are usually processed within minutes, which keeps everything smooth and hassle-free. While the selection of offers might not suit everyone and deals sometimes change unexpectedly (i.e. offers initially showing as available for a few days may drop to just a few hours, new offers are in afternoon), it’s a great way to save. Occasionally, items advertised as ‘free’ can end up costing slightly more due to higher in-store prices and sometimes products listed as available in certain shops may not be in stock or may not actually be stocked. Despite these minor drawbacks, GreenJiin is one of the best cashback apps. Last but not least, the GreenJinn support team is excellent: they respond promptly to emails and always manage to resolve issues quickly.
All in all, it’s a great app with great service. Highly recommended!

GreenJinn is a great cashback app for groceries. It runs very smoothly now and is very easy to use. There are rarely any issues but any will be dealt with efficiently by a great customer service team. I recently dealt with Alyssa who was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and showed a willingness to help. It’s so good to have the GreenJinn app. Highly recommended!

I have been using green jinn for many years and have enjoyed trying products at free or cheap prices. I have also widened my horizons and tried new products which I would not otherwise have tasted. In the last week I have made a couple of slips which meant my request for refund was refused. My fault! I contacted customer support and received wonderful service, friendly, understanding and helpful. Aubrey sorted out the matter for me and I was credited the money quickly, with a reassuring message not to worry, all part of the service.

GreenJinn is by far my favourite cashback app - they give very good customer service and have always resolved my problem if I ever had an issue. The app is very easy to use . The only thing I would criticise is that sometimes their deals are only available for a short period e.g. one day and I'm not always able to get to specific shop within that time period but that doesn't take away from what a great app it is!

I used GreenJinn for the first time and bought products from Waitrose online worth £10 cashback (would not have bought otherwise). I submitted my receipt with the items clearly marked and it came back unable to read receipt and to email receipt. I did so TWICE, asking for confirmation and they never bothered to get back to me. I've not got my £10 cashback and I will never use this company again.
