Poor customer service. When you need to speak with someone regarding the issue with the error, receipt upload issue, etc, it gets extremely frustrating as no one responds and you just hanging there.

Good and bad. Good part is you get your money back pretty quickly most of the time. Bad part is when error like of receipts to upload it goes wrong in their system and takes a while. Come on guys.

Good for freebies in the UK.

Used for a couple of years with no issues at all. Quite a bit of money in my account I need to claim, and now unable to login, the 'magic link' logon doesn't work and nobody answers emails to their support team or contact via the app. You can't message on social media either. Feel like I've been totally scammed at this point. Would not recommend which is a shame as it was fab.

Updating my earlier review to say that I did hear back from the customer services team and the issue got sorted. It took a little while for the initial response but then was resolved quickly.

I requested support on the app and emailed a month ago and haven't had a response. I have a payment pending which seems to be stuck. Nobody is getting back to me.

I used to love this app. It had great offers and paid out quickly. Receipts were processed quickly. Now receipts reject for no reason, as other receipts submitted in the same batch and lighting conditions are accepted. Queries take weeks of back and forth emails to resolve. Recently, when I have gone to submit receipts for offers which have been on the app an hour earlier, in the same day, the offer has disappeared. I was not able to get a refund from the shop and I was left out of pocket. That there have not been any responses from GreenJinn themselves to any of the reviews speaks volumes.

Easy to use app that let's you earn cashback on shopping. You won't save huge amounts but every little helps.

Three stars as customer service is non existent. No one bothers to get back to you though it says two days waiting thus one star lost!

The deals are ok. Had some good bits. Uploading receipts is easy and have always been accepted.

Payment takes a while to get to your PayPal which makes it lose another star. Must have max £1.50 to claim cashback too. Not a big problem but a bit off an issue if there are no deals you like and have to wait...

What a waste of time. I submitted my receipt 4 times. It was completely legible each time but was rejected each time. Support is also a waste of time. Life is exhausting enough without having to deal with such incompetencies.

Great app and customer service is always happy to help if needs be.

The worst app you can use for a cashback. Receipts are not accepted and customer service is non existing even after many emails! Avoid!!!

Really good unless you are buying online and have to submit a receipt from online in which case don’t bother. A month later I am still waiting for my money to come back, have emailed 8 times to chase for it and no reply. Very disheartening.

One of the best cashback apps which review and pay your owed money really quickly in comparison to some others.

Highly recommend it and they have some great offers at various supermarkets.

Great application, quick cashback. If you have any issues, customer service is available for you and quickly resolve your problems.

I’ve been using Greenjinn for a couple of years and it’s great! Pay is quite prompt, although their replies to messages much less so - can take many months for them to respond. So if your receipt is accepted then it’s fine, but when there are issues it can take very very long to sort out.
Just today they seem to have introduced some “free” coupons which you are unable to claim them back at all. Beware! I’ll be returning the items to the store and have messaged Greenjinn questioning about this issue. I’m hoping to get a reply before 2025.
Otherwise it’s a pretty good app! Just be careful how you use it…

Always managed to get the cashback promptly, as long as it's correctly claimed. Customer support has been very good too, took several days to get back to me, but it is a free app with good offers so I do understand! Been reliable and trustworthy, and responsive.

I have emailed customer services on numerous occasions over a couple of weeks regarding an issue of a bought item and disappeared so could not claim. Never received a reply to any of them. Really disappointed in their customer services and considering deleting the app.
