I’ve only just started using this app about a month ago. So far I really like it, but I do have to agree the customer service doesn’t exist and accepting your receipts is slow…. But so are other well known cash back apps.

I’ve had 3 pay outs so far, and I’m now due another one which totals £23.62. I know it will arrive, slowly but it will arrive.

I like this app as it’s more the type of foods we would buy, cows milk free and high quality.

Personally I don’t see anything wrong with this app, surprised by all of the negative reviews. I had tried to contact them about a receipt that hadn’t been processed, and was showing outstanding for 3 days. They didn’t reply to me but they did approve the receipt 😊

Not being paid when money is owed after proof of purchase provided.
It’s not the consumers fault that Green Jinn have a CLEARLY FAILING SYSTEM that is not fit for purpose!
Given excuse after excuse but there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and/or CARE.
They either have NO STAFF or the CEO has told them to behave in this manner?
In any event the buck stops with him!
Green Jinn has SERIOUSLY DECLINED in its operation and I would not be surprised if they soon disappear!
Just like the GENIE hiding in his lamp!
Green Jinn prefer to rub their customers up the wrong way, when the customers rub the lamp the GENIE/CUSTOMER SERVICE does NOT APPEAR, let alone grant a wish! 😡😡😡

GreenJinn used to be the best app I’ve used but recently it’s gone VERY downhill! No response to emails, Instagram or Facebook messages after nearly two weeks, and no cashback paid after 10 days of requesting it! I will now be boycotting the app and would not recommend to anyone anymore!

Great tool to find exciting products and get rewarded for loyalty. Substantial savings on our family staples and on new interesting healthier products. Love the map feature to find the stores around you, it's a good opportunity to rediscover products I hadn't talked about.

Update, my claim has finally been paid after 6 days. Moving the rating back to 5 stars. Thank you Green Jinn!

GreenJinn has always had really interesting products and brands on offer that I haven’t seen before. I recently got to try some canned matcha and peanut butter buttons, both of which I really liked and would probably buy again.

The app is really easy to use because you can filter by retailer so I can always check where I usually shop. Even better now is the ‘near me’ option as I can see what’s available in my immediate vicinity even if I’m not near by usual Tesco.

I usually can’t be bothered with cashback apps but the products are great and the GreenJinn app is easy. Love their eco mindset as well!

Shopmium.and checkout smart are much better

I’ve used the app single 2016 never had any issues getting cash back until last couple of months have to chase them all the time with no response from the team or a message saying will be in touch in two days but they don’t still trying to get cash back it’s been 3weeks

After two weeks still waiting for payout of £15. Have emailed and sent DMs via SM channels but no response.

There seems to be something seriously wrong with GreenJinn at the moment. I've used this app for over 2 years, with no major issues. But in the past couple of months, it has taken almost a month for payment to be made, after claiming. But the worst thing is that currently, there appears to be non existent customer service. A valid receipt from 22 September has been rejected twice. There has been no response to emails, direct message on X or via the app, when previously, any queries were sorted out fairly quickly. I've obviously lost out on the product I bought in good faith. I will be giving GJ a wide berth from now on. Really disappointed.

Payments were never rapid but I’ve now been waiting for 10 payments over 19 days. Are they in financial difficulty? I’ve had no response to my messages.

Receipts are being accepted so that is not an issue so far, have not tried to cash out yet so cannot comment on that. I am however having the same issue where an offer comes up it is there in the Morning stating 6 days so I purchase item in the afternoon and go to app to add it on to find the item is no longer on there?, this is absolutely useless. I have decided to try a few items which i wouldn't usually get but then just disappear from the app?

Used this for over a year now. Is a little better and payments have been pretty quick updated from 2 stars to 4 stars thanks

Greenjinn are no longer processing receipts and paying out. It seems like they're having financial difficulties, yet are still fraudulently operating. This has happened to many people.
You will lose your money.
Delete the app now

Green Jinn was good and fast in payment in the past. It stopped paying into my Paypal account and claimed it is registered to another user but offered no solutions. I emailed them in Jun but received no reply.

This is the first time I’ve used the app but in the request to withdraw my cash back on 12th August, till now I haven’t received anything and there is no way to contact them! I think this might be a scam and it’s annoying because I was recommended this from a trusted source! Shame

Use to love this App. Request cashback payout. Been over a week still no sign. No response from emails either

As what other users on here have said. Greenjinn was excellent, cashback was given quickly and good customer services. Now a lot of my claims have been rejected, contacted customer services, who are now non existent, shame was a good app as well.

Similarly to other people, initially I absolutely loved using this app. Great brand offers and quick pay out. In the last 3 months I've been waiting for up to a month for my cashback. Currently I am waiting on 4 separate payouts and it has put me off using the app. No response from customer service.

It is a really great app to save on money and on the few occasions where the purchases haven't tracked, I have been able to contact customer service and they confidently help me with ease.

I’ve been using Greenjinn app since 2019. Most of the time I kept my cashback savings on the app until reached over £100 and this time doing the same usual way, when I tried to claim all the cashback totals to transfer to my bank account, it never been transferred. It’s been 2weeks.

I’ve contacted greenjinn 5 times already via contact from greenjinn app, support@greenjinn and hello@greenjinn. No response!!! In fact today they detected all my total savings history without my consent so that I can’t track down thow much I’m suppose to receive.

I really liked using this app but they are giving me many doubts and disappointment.

Better AVOID this app if you don’t want to get conned.
