Have to admit I was skeptical at first. Product arrived and first time using it wasn't too impressed but after the second time it i was more than happy. Combined with the conditioner my hair looks and feels great.
Perfect for me as fulltime on the road traveling around so trying to get into a hair salon every 4 weeks was proving difficult. Definitely purchase again.

The colour which I purchased was a brown / blonde. The colour turned out a brassy yellow. The product had more bleach than colour in it. So I am out of pocket for the purchase plus what I had to pay to have it fixed.And my hair has been left in appalling condition so had to have it cut short and after many emails backwards and forwards to the company, have had no satisfaction. They should be investigated, as we the consumer don’t have a leg to stand on.And I am one of may dissatisfied customers😡

Do not purchase from this company. Purchased Light Brown & it turned my greys ginger red. The company doesn’t care.

Absolutely crap. Had the same problem like many customers. Faulty bottle had to send in video etc. just for them to say I am lying. Well funny that just reading someone else’s review and they were in the same boat. Looks like there’s only 1 liar and that the company and the stupid idiots working for it.

I have bought few times but this time the bottle was faulty and it did not dispense the 2 solutions equally. It was only dispensing the white stuff and when I complained the bottle is faulty including phot and video evidencd and need refund or replacement, they said nothing wrong with it. Pathetic way to deal with regular customers!

I purchased a colour and it totally did not cover my greys at all. I have to re-colour my hair now with a product that works. They offered similar to this other review a $5.00 discount to add the black to cover greys. I do not want to go darker just to cover greys. Do not waste your money, not worth it at all.

Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with both the colors used. First ordered chestnut brown wglhich didn't gave proper colour. Then ordered light natural black colors which even didn't work. No desired color achieved. This product is not worth it. Waste of money. I should get full refund for both the bottles. Moreover shipping takes hell lot of time. Will not recommend to anyone.

Ordered Dark Brown. When applying it appeared Orangey. Rinsed and dried. Results: roots were Orange. Advised Customer Service who recommended that I purchase another bottle but in 'Black' so I can mix the two to get a dark brown colour...? Offered a $5.00 discount towards next purchase. Thanks but no thanks. Binned it.

Decided to give this product a try. Easy to apply but unfortunately, like many others have experienced, my greys turned orange (despite buying a dark brown). Only time I have experienced since dying my hair for 30 years & trying many products. Wouldn’t waste your money on this product - not impressed at all!

Terrible customer service! Will not listen if there is a problem with colour or pump on bottle not working or bottle leaking everywhere. They want a video taken of issue then argue back & forth. Extremely frustrating & annoying company to deal with. Unless you add ALOT of black to colour choice you will get no grey coverage & orangey hair. Don’t recommend.

Terrible , Misleading and Deceitful Chinese Product and Company.
After purchasing a brown colour that turned my hair oranger and copper I was told the problem was my hair but here is where they are Disgusting and Dishonest liars , if you even open the bottle to do the recommended hair strand test they will come at you and spew their bull crap at you and say due to the bottle being opened it is now a health and safety concern and will not be able to refund your money .
This company ans the people that endorse this horrible product are all deceptive individuals and have no Morals at all.
I have reported both the company and the product to the ACCC ans hopefully something with be done to remove this item off Australian shelves.

I purchased the dark brown as I have dark brown hair with some grey roots, this horrible so called hair dye turned my roots an orangey coppery colour.....horrendous!

Save your money people.
I purchased the light brown and my hair turned yellow.
Then I was told to try the dark brown it would work better. It did not, My hair turned orange...
Terrible pump bottle aswell that doesn't work properly, hard to operate then continues to leaks non stop staining everything beneath.

Bought a dk brown and cherry brown one. Tried the dark brown first. Definitely no grey coverage. Complained and asked for refund. No refund offered even for unopened box. Suggested I buy black to add to the brown. Got rid of my comments and blocked me. My daughter who only has a few greys also tried it and her greys shone like a diamond. Aust company yet made in China!

had bough their colour shampoo, which costed a fortune. It did not cover my grey and on the second application it burnt my skin so badly. I am still suffering from the bad reaction. Stay away from this company. Save your money! Your health is more important!
