Sceptical .
Even though I had proof from my previous insurer on a previous bike . they refused to accept the two years no claims
Also I have not had to use them for claims or breakdown so I can not answer positively yet . The proof is in the pudding as they say

Unfortunately, an incorrect tracker model was listed initially. However, we'd like to reassure you that this was an administrative error only and does not affect the cover provided under your policy. The insurance cover in place has remained correct throughout, and there has been no impact on your policy's validity or level of protection.

Cancelled my insurance
Cancelled my insurance as I hadn't sent them a copy of the v5. I hadn't got it back from dvla, had called and told them this a note was put on file but they cancelled the insurance 2 days later

To ensure customers are covered correctly and that all policy details are accurate, insurers require certain validation documents, such as a V5 document, within a specified timeframe. We appreciate that you had contacted us to advise that you were still waiting for the document from the DVLA, and we understand how disappointing this situation must have been.
Unfortunately, while we requested additional time from the insurer, they were unable to extend the validation deadline. The insurer made the decision to cancel the policy in line with their validation requirements.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
