no claims bonus…
I had a query about my no claims bonus and the automated chat just could not get what I was try to ask, so I was put through to an agent. Emily was great - she explained what i wanted to know and answered another query. Emily was fast and efficient. No issues and Emily was polite - nice to chat to a human!
