What an absolute pleasure to meet Dan
Dan, the GRS mechanic was knowledgeable, professional and engaging. He quickly rectified our non starting VW T6 Camper and got it back on the road. He then did a a detailed diagnostic check to confirm the status of the electrics.
Can't sing him praises highly enough.

First class service
Dan from GRS arrived within an hour after my car engine died on me. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem, which required attention at my local garage, to which I was towed. Dan was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and gave me some very helpful information. First class service all round.

HIGHLY recommend
I was stuck in a pitch black field, beached on top of a car tyre and stuck in the mud. Adrian arrived to recover me and he was calm and very kind. He was reassuring and he promptly recovered my car. He then checked my car was safe to drive and followed me to check. I highly recommend GRS recovery. They were helpful and supportive at a stressful time.

Amazing company
Amazing company! From the first phone call everyone was so helpful and friendly. Got to me so quickly. Cheapest quote by a long shot. David picked me and my car up and took me to the garage. Very friendly guy who put me at ease! Overall all 5 star service and I know where to come in the future!

New driver break down
I passed my test in December and I broke down at a busy roundabout. Safe to say I was an absolute mess and couldn’t stop crying. I called GRS recovery and they were very communicative with me throughout the whole process. The police had to close a part of the road to get me which was traumatising but Tris the amazing recovery man made me feel so safe and much better. He was so supportive and friendly which is exactly what I needed breaking down for the first time. Even the lady over the phone to take payment (which was very cheap) was lovely. I just want to thank you guys so much for helping a new driver.

Got picked up within an hour of reporting my breakdown, really nice guy, drove me home and got my car on the drive. I was v impressed with the speed he arrived and how pleasant he was too.

called them to a full engine failure at 14:30hrs. arrived at 15:15hrs. happy & pro driver. loaded up and taken to our destination within 45mins. excellent - 2 ton van all done for £100 total. great work guys.

Five star service
Having had a stressful period with my EV shutting down and being let down by other recovery companies, I had James, the technician at my door within 45 minutes of contacting GRS. He was friendly, knowledgable and resolved my issue saving me hundreds of pounds in recovery fees and time and stress without my vehicle. I would highly recommend GRS to anyone with a vehicle issue and should I ever need help again will not hesitate two use GRS. Thank you for resolving my problem and giving invaluable advice for future reference.

Dan was brilliant
Dan came to our assistance when our Mazda CX-30 failed to start. He took the time to diagnose the issue and provide a report with his findings for the dealership. He also helped get the car to the dealership and me back home. It's fantastic when people and the company care about those they go to help. Thank you so much.

GRS recovered me from Corfe Castle…
GRS recovered me from Corfe Castle after getting a puncture in a Q5 Audi with no spare, in fact a loan car from Poole Audi.
With me within an hour, the recovery man Jo was fantastic did everything in a speedy fashion and super nice.
