I recently had a umrah package with hajjumrah4u..i wanted to stay 10 days in makkah.muhammad awais did all the papers and arrangement and gave me a suitable-tour package.flight was excellent with royal Jordanian .as i wanted a sharing room hotel was great accommodation as well near to masjidul haram sarif.and their transport was on time and very helpful and good communication.they make my journey easier and safe.thanks a lot for support me to perform my umrah safely and nicely.i really appreciate this company.inshallah next year November i will plan again umrah with them and recommend my family as well. Absolutely the worst experience with an Umrah visa agent — completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and not recommended at all.

I got my Umrah visa through this agent, and the most basic information they were supposed to provide — such as the requirement for Nusuk-approved transport and Tasneef-certified hotels — was never communicated to me. I sent them all my hotel bookings well in advance and asked multiple times before travelling if there was anything important I needed to know or prepare for, especially since Umrah regulations can be complicated. They repeatedly said, “Everything is sorted, don’t worry.”

However, while travelling from Makkah to Madinah, their operations manager, Abbas, suddenly contacted me and told me not to go to the hotel I had already booked because it did not have the required Tasneef certification. At that moment I panicked — I had already paid for the hotel, and cancellation required 24 hours’ notice, which had passed. I had to start searching for new hotels on the street, last minute, in a foreign country, while I was extremely sick. Hotels with Tasneef are limited, and last-minute prices were extremely high.

When I questioned why they didn’t inform me earlier—especially since this policy came out in June 2025—they had no valid answer. Instead of acknowledging their negligence, Abbas behaved rudely, kept justifying himself, and even lied by claiming he “found out this week.” How can an agent working in this industry not know something so important? The truth is, he only told me because he was scared he would be fined if the Ministry found out I wasn’t staying in a Tasneef-approved hotel.

To make things worse, he started saying things like “your visa cost us more but we didn’t charge you extra,” which made no sense because I paid the exact amount he quoted instantly, without bargaining. I paid a full price — nothing was a favour. Also he said that how come “I don’t know this as I’m travelling and I booked the hotel”. This clearly shows how unprofessional he is to say that by considering the fact that It was my first time going for an UMRAH and if i knew it then what’s the point of hiring him??

He refused to admit the massive inconvenience and stress their lack of responsibility caused. Then he passed me on to another person who works with them to issue visas. That person arranged a completely disgusting hotel for us. He promised the room would be ready when we arrived, but when we got there, nothing was prepared. I was extremely sick and had to wait TWO hours in the lobby. That staff member also confirmed that the Tasneef policy was old and that my agent made a huge mistake by not informing me.

Because the ministry had started checking the day before, the agent panicked and forced me to change my hotel at the last minute. After that, every time I called them for help, they simply disappeared — no support, no follow-up, no compensation, not even an apology.

The hotel they arranged was filthy, with no basic amenities. The staff knocked on our door three times before checkout time while we were trying to rest. The entire experience was a disaster purely because of this agent’s incompetence and lack of professionalism.

Please do NOT use this agent if you want a smooth and comfortable Umrah trip.
They do not know what they are doing, they do not take responsibility, and they will leave you stranded when you need them the most.

Amazing, the team are really friendly and always answer questions. I had a million questions and they always answered with a smile. Even with prices all reasonable, travel arrangements excellent, hotel excellent and tailored to our needs. Rumaisa was amazing thoughout all the process. Even whilst in mecca and Madinah she always answered, made sure we arrived safely, checked everything was OK.

We travelled from Ireland as a family of four for Umrah, and Seven Zones Hajj & Umrah Agency made the entire experience absolutely hassle-free. From visa arrangements to hotels in Makkah and Madinah, everything was perfectly organized. The Ziyarats were well-planned and very comfortable, and the hotels were genuinely five-star as promised.

Everything was handled by Mr. Abdul khaliq, a very competent and professional agent. He managed every detail with great care and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Initially, I had some doubts, but he cleared all my concerns and proved to be extremely trustworthy. Communication was excellent throughout, service was professional, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality offered.
