Our trip to Antalya was seamless, all thanks to Fahad Bhai. Right from the start, he went above and beyond—personally checking in at every stage, from airport transfers to hotel arrangements, and even after we returned to the UK. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. I would recommend him without a second thought!"

I entrusted this company to organize my Umrah trip as a solo female traveler, expecting a smooth and supportive experience. Unfortunately, that was far from the case.

Due to a flight delay, I missed my connecting flight. Instead of receiving assistance from the tour operator, I was left to deal with the situation alone. Saudi Airline staff were aggressive and pressured me into purchasing a new ticket on the spot. I had no time or support to contest it.

Throughout this ordeal, the operator:
1. Provided no help in facilitating a refund.
2. Communicated poorly, often responding late or not at all.
3. Offered no real solutions except to “deal with the airline myself.”

If the point of hiring a travel operator is to ensure peace of mind, this company failed completely. The person assigned to me seemed to have no authority or ability to advocate on my behalf, and the lack of communication only made a stressful situation worse.

This experience was deeply upsetting. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially solo female travelers expecting a sense of security or support. I will be avoiding travel operators altogether in the future based on this traumatic experience.

Right from the start Ali Haider has been fantastic. He has gone above and beyond our expectations. He answered all of our questions, always called us back if he had missed our call and really helped us with the whole booking process. I would recommend this company as it is the best! I would advise you to ask for Ali Haider to deal with your booking. He deserves a medal.

Our Umrah arrangements are still in progress, but I wanted to share how pleased we are with our agent’s service so far Mr Abdul Khaliq has been extremely helpful, responsive, and well-organised throughout the planning process. Great trustworthy company for all of your travels. Highly recommended I have booked a trip with fahad to Indonesia by etihad airways. In their website they had an offer that a layover in zayed international airport for 2 nights you can get 2 nights free in any hotel you want. Now I was steeped in anticipation I quickly called my brother Fahad (he’s the agent that works in the company) to extend the layover so that I can redeem this great offer. After I extended it I went to redeem the offer but it was invalid I called them and Fahad too and they said if you book with a travel agent it won’t be valid they wrote it in criminally small writing in their terms and conditions. I was very upset until Fahad offered me the best offer for a hotel very discounted in fact the offer was even better than the layover he made me a great discount for the trouble that I’ve been through. I am very happy and excited for the trip I will always use this company to book any trips through Fahad because I know through my experience that he will always give me the best trip guaranteed not only the best but safe he always takes care of my problems and solve it with ease any problem and any concerns. highly highly recommended. I’m from Ireland and I recommend this to all my brothers in Ireland and everywhere
