Please please Avoid this company! I paid in full for hotel accommodations in Mecca and Medina, but upon arrival, I found that there were no bookings. I was left stranded on the streets with fake hotel vouchers that didn't work. I had to scramble to find my own accommodation in both cities, which was stressful and inconvenient. This happened during Ramadan 2025, and I'm sharing my experience on Trustpilot to warn others about this company's scams. Be cautious and do your research before booking with them."

My first journey to Umrah was made incredibly special thanks to Khalid at Hajjumrah4u. From the moment I booked with them they proved to be an excellent choice. As a first timer for Umrah travelling with my daughter, I had many questions and felt a little apprehensive, but Khalid truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant Umrah pilgrimage. From our booking, accommodation, and ziyarat, Khalid was constantly in touch making sure all our needs were met. It was so reassuring to know we had some one dedicated to our comfort and well being throughout the trip. Based on my recent experience with me and family I definitely recommend HajjUmrah4u and specially brother Khalid who help us through the whole journey by giving us advice. very disappointed service provided & no hotel booked in Madinah and we had to be on street over 6 hours and we missed Friday Jummah prayer and we faced financially and physically and mentally stressed. funny things of this company issued scams and fake hotel vouchers ufff so pain full service

Alhamdulilah we performed our umrah on 6th of March 2025 through Hajj and Umrah 4 U.We have been looked after by brother khalid throughout our journey to Makkah.Every thing was smooth and well organised and he was in contact with us throughout. 🚨 I have issued a legal LBA to HAJJ UMRAH4u (trading name of Seven Zones Travel) and I’m taking them to court!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. 🚨

I paid £1,200 to Seven Zones Travel (which operates Hajj Umrah 4U) for an Umrah package, only to have my itinerary changed without my written consent and be forced to accept the changes. As per my legal rights, I was entitled to a refund, yet they have continuously refused!

I repeatedly asked for a refund (back and forth in lengthy, detailed emails), but they ignored my legal rights, refused to return my money, and have been dodging my requests ever since.

After further research, I found that I am not the only victim—many others have reported the same fraudulent tactics under this company’s brands, including:

🚩 Last-minute flight and hotel cancellations without notice.
🚩 Forcing customers to accept downgraded services or pay extra.
🚩 False claims about ATOL protection – they advertise ATOL coverage but DO NOT appear on the ATOL checker website!
🚩 Refusing refunds despite clear violations of consumer rights.

Since they refuse to take accountability, I am now also filing complaints against Seven Zones Travel with Trading Standards, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), and Action Fraud—backed by all my evidence of their consumer violations.

If you are considering booking with them—DON’T. This company deceives customers, takes their money, and refuses to refund them. I urge anyone affected to report them and take legal action.

⚠️ PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE LEARN YOUR RIGHTS! THE LAW IS ON YOUR SIDE—DON’T BE AFRAID TO ESCALATE!

The flight and hotel package was very competitive with 5* Hotel accommodation close to both Masjid’s in Medina and Mecca. The company was in contact with us throughout our whole stay, dealt with any issues promptly. The pickup and drop off to and from the airport was great as we were with the family and didn’t need to wait. Would definitely recommend them and Insha Allah will use them again .
