Varning.... Riktigt bluff företag. Absolut inte ens i närheten av de kläderna som dom visar
på bild. Helt andra produkter o material som dom skickar hem till dig.
Fick kontakt med kundtjänst efter några dagar. Många mail konversationer senare erbjuder dom dig 25% tillbaka för o lägga ner ärendet, eller en lång besvärlig process o skicka tillbaka prylarna till deras närmsta kontor "New york" för full återbetalning. När jag sa att jag ville skicka tillbaka allt för en full återbetalning bröt kundtjänst kontakten o nu vägrar dom svara på mina mail.
Uppdatering,,,,dom har återupptagit kontakten o jag fick en skälig återbetalning. Jag va ändå så pass nöjd med kundtjänsten i slut ändan att jag va tvungen o lägga på
En stjärna i betyget för bra kommunikation o helt ok återbetalning.
Slutsatsen är, inte samma vara som på bild skickad till mig o riktigt dåliga kvalite på klädesplaggen du väl får,
men bra kundtjänst.

I ordered the raccoon kimono

I ordered the raccoon kimono, and matching shorts to use as lounge wear. It took about 2 weeks to arrive, but I'm happy with it. It's a comfy set. The prints look great, and I feel good wearing them. I'll definitely order more from here.

They took a long time to send

They took a long time to send, but I did receive the product. However, the clothing was absolutely nothing as described in the photo-- instead of embroidery, I got very low resolution print of what I ordered. Like if I were to go on and take a screenshot of some art and then put it on a shirt. I really wanted to trust that this targeted ad wasn't a scam, and I guess it wasn't, but also kind of.

I was very excited to buy from this…

I was very excited to buy from this site when it came up on my iPhone but the website when I went on my Mac browser got the avast unsafe site malware detected block. So if you’re reading this Halarye, have integrity, don’t be sketchy, make your website safe and you’ll get more business…
I really really wanted the pants but not going to give up peace of mind that my credit card info may be stolen.

I bought the hoodie with the big eye because the art is cool. I wasn't happy with the quality and they refunded part of my order. The stuff they sell are pretty, but I wouldn't have paid $50 CAD for this hoodie. Hoping they improve the quality of their product (for one thing, putting the inside of the hoodie in black would be much nicer and more in line with the presentation), but they made an effort to contact me to resolve the issue. So I would say, customer service: 4/5, quality of the product I received 3/5. It can improve, but they seem to have taken my comments into account.

My comments mirror every other on this page. Terribly made clothes not as pictured at all. You can’t return them cost is to much. They say UK but really come from abroad (China) the material is terrible bulky and the colours are not as advertised. It’s like wearing the outer part of a cheaply made nylon quilt blanket. My son was disappointed- should have known better TBH. I’ve sent my email to complain

lower quality and different material than expected

ordered 5 shirts, designs on the shirts were much lower quality than advertised, very pixelated. the description of the shirts suggested they would be linen and they are 100% polyester and there is a long shipping time especially considering the price. Threads were also coming out of the stiches out of the package. i wouldn't have minded if it was a linen polyester blend or if the price were reflective of the quality but i would have received a better quality product at a lower price from Primark or something for a similar price from the local market.

Very, very poor quality

The shirt I've received is completely different from thoe one I purchased. Very, very poor quality. It may cost less than 1 € to produce it (purchased for 23€). Avoid this site.

Ordered 4 items, came to around £65. Should have read the reviews first before jumping in.
Clothing arrived and they were not as advertised in both size and material. Emailed requesting return details, they asked for photos which was easy enough then tried to settle by asking me to keep the clothes and refunding me 30%, not a chance. They have also said the return is New York in the states when they clearly came from China, another way of trying to put the customer off. I declined and asked for the shipping address for the returns. I know it's going to cost me, but when they offer less than £20 as a return, that's an insult. Luckily I paid by PayPal and not by card

Would put 0 stars if I could. This place is a complete SCAM. ordered from them and shortly after, 6k gone from our account! Luckily was able to dispute it and get the money back. This place is a SCAM!!

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts. The tracking didn't work, and I got sketched out. They responded to my support request very quickly with a tracking update. I got the shorts a couple days later.
