Wish you could leave zero stars! Ben the owner is terrible at cancelling memberships, they just steal your money. Went in to cancel the membership and the staff said good luck with this, Ben doesn’t cancel the memberships, just block this with your bank. The fact the staff are saying this is terrible, they know this must happen all the time.
Gym equipment is pretty rubbish so we looked to cancel after 2 days of opening the membership. As per the T&C, you only pay £10 for the amount of days you used the gym. I am still waiting on my refund and Ben had no idea this was even a T&C for his OWN business. Do NOT take out a membership with them or else you will not get money back if you want to cancel.

I contacted them via email to cancel my subscription, which was ignored, so I went in to speak to someone personally who confirmed that the account was cancelled. 8 months later I see that the account is still active and have been getting charged this whole time!

I have emailed multiple times and gone in person, but yet at the time of writing the account is still active with no way of cancelling online or removing card details.

Pretty sure this is illegal as they are gatekeeping cancellations
