Halo Abandoned us!

Halo abandoned us, is a live extract from a live email, sent to Halo, even though Halo claims 24 hour monitoring service. When it comes to requiring or requesting assistance, that Halo is or was deeply involved within, corrective assistance will not be found at Halo. There moto should be “You’re on Your Own” and not “Here for you” as the company claims.

Halo gave no response or acknowledgement of our plight. The company abandoned both my wife and myself, to whatever fate, ditching us between Manila and Japan, while enroute to Heathrow! Halo choosing the most expensive route due to a cancellation, that wasn’t of our making.

This is a poorly managed and directed company, complaints in particular will never be properly addressed, refunds and repayments returned to Halo by the airline, as Halo were the acting agents, will only be returned to the rightful individual when 3rd party involvement takes place! With no apparent reason, Halo attempted to retain the funds returned by the airline, despite repeated requests, it took over 5 months to return the funds paid, even though Halo had already been creditted.

Thank you to Halo.Philippines especially to Ms Ella for assisting me and for answering all my queries about the flight detail. I recommend halo.philippines for booking your tickets specially going home to Philippines. Thank you

This is my second time booking a trip to Japan with Halo Holidays. The first time both the booking process and the holiday itself went smoothly, and our agent Shawn was there to help this process and smooth out any difficulties we may have encountered. He provided easy to follow hotel instructions and everything we needed such as train and plane tickets were easily accessible and having these dealt with took the stress out of booking them myself. This second time he has again been more than helpful, going above and beyond to provide a variety of different offers and solutions for my second trip. I would recommend anyone wanting to go to Japan to book with Halo and Shawn, and can’t wait to have a trip as brilliant as my one last year again this year. Thank you again Shawn and all the team at Halo!

I've made three reservations for my whole family with Halo Philippines for the past 1 year. Purchasing airline tickets can occasionally be overwhelming, particularly when you have other obligations. However, everything becomes simpler and less stressful with Ms. Ella Adams's support. She is just the BEST!... Everything was done flawlessly, almost like you had a sister you can rely on in trying times—prompt, accommodating, and attentive back-and-forth contact! They have my highest recommendation.
