We recently booked our Japan and Philippines trip through Halo Flights and overall had a really good experience. The hotels and excursions were well chosen, and we had an amazing time throughout the trip. The itinerary itself worked well and communication during the planning stage was very helpful.

A special thank you to Peter, who was responsive, supportive, and helped put together a memorable holiday for us.

There were just a few issues with the return journey that we feel could have been communicated more clearly. Although the 23kg luggage allowance was explained to us in advance, for a multi-country trip it did feel a bit restrictive and we didn’t feel there were many alternative options available.

On our return journey, the itinerary stated we would be flying with Korean Airlines, but we ended up flying with Virgin Atlantic instead. We also arrived in Incheon at 5:30am rather than 7am as expected, which made the layover feel much longer.

There was also confusion regarding our Heathrow arrival terminal. Our itinerary stated Terminal 3, but we actually landed in Terminal 4, which caused some stress as we had arranged a pickup waiting at Terminal 3. Luckily, they checked and were able to find us at Terminal 4.

Despite these issues, we genuinely enjoyed the holiday overall and really appreciated the effort put into organising the trip. Japan and the Philippines were an excellent combination, and we’d definitely consider booking again in the future.

First time user of Halo Holidays and would definitely use again. They work with you to obtain a great holiday experience. I provided them with my requirements and they put an itinerary together. If I was not happy with parts of it they would change it. Damien Smith was brilliant in accommodating any changes. A day before returning from Japan i asked him if he could sort a transfer to the airport as the hotel I was staying at did not book taxis. He organised this for me and 6 others without any issues, would definitely recommend.

Our second holiday facilitated by Damian at Halo Holidays. Great communication throughout the booking and also during and after the holiday. Travelling halfway across the world (to South Korea) can be scary but we were in safe hands. The booking process was very straight forward and we were given various flight options to choose from. Damian was always on hand to answer any queries, was patient and provided great service. Booking with Halo gave us a fantastic trip that was excellent value for money.

It’s been a smooth transaction, even through messenger I was able to booked my flight tickets of my choice. Ella is very helpful and attentive to my preferences, she also have all the patience waiting for my reply at times, but overall it’s been a good experience and I recommend Halo for any travel and holiday needs.

My family truly enjoyed our holiday to the fullest—we had a wonderful opportunity to experience the culture and explore many stunning places and beautiful views.
