H & I are an absolutely first class establishment. From the second the door is unlocked and you enter, you are welcomed beyond expectation and gifted an unforgettable experience. Ruth was my representative and throughout the whole experience relative to my timepiece, she was professional, respectful and made me feel valued. I await the arrival of my second timepiece and future experience with H & I and Ruth with excited delirium!!!!

I have now had many of the services available at H&I including Rolex servicing, valuations, purchasing, and selling to the preowned department and can honestly say every visit has been excellent. The team are always professional, friendly, and make the whole process feel easy and reassuring.

Despite the many detailed questions I asked, she remained patient, attentive, and genuinely courteous throughout the entire process, ultimately helping me find the perfect watch.

Buying an engagement ring can be a little daunting, but I was lucky enough to have Lesley on hand to guide me through the process. She was incredibly attentive, took the time to answer all my questions, and made thoughtful suggestions based on our conversations—rather than simply showing endless options.

At no point did I feel any pressure or experience pushy sales tactics—just honest, helpful advice throughout.

After purchasing the ring, we needed it resized. We were initially told that a single-size adjustment could be done within a few days. However, after Samantha measured my fiancée’s finger, it turned out the ring needed to be resized by three full sizes. H&I explained this could take a little longer, but they still went above and beyond to ensure it was ready in time for an important family event.

When we collected the ring, we were even welcomed with a glass of bubbly, which was a lovely touch.

We’ll definitely be back when it’s time to choose our wedding rings!

We've been purchasing beautiful items from Hamilton&Inches, Edinburgh, for some years now, a kind of family tradition.
Jonathan always served and helped us over the years extremely kind, polite and professionally.
This year, he even worked miracles - and so did the workshop staff - because one of the needed parts was actually not available singularly anymore. Somehow, they'd found it anyway and in the end, were able to create another gorgious item. Thanks to them all! We highly recommend this exceptional jeweller.

My wife and I visited Hamilton and Inches late afternoon one Saturday without an appointment where I met Ruth whom I initially found to be extremely polite and friendly given the store was near closing.

Ruth took us through to the rear of the store and offered my wife and I a beverage. It was at this juncture Ruth’s professionalism and knowledge surrounding the Rolex brand was clearly evident. She listened intently and showed great understanding and
subsequently showed us suitable timepieces for my collection. Ruth went far and beyond any service I would expect as we were passed the stores closing time and it was of no concern to Ruth whatsoever.

The staff are very knowledgeable about the beautiful items for sale. Jonathan, Carrick and Giacomo were all very helpful and accommodating, answering our many questions and enquiries.
