Excellent Service, Quality and Fast International Shipping

I have ordered from this online shop multiple times and have always been thoroughly impressed! The quality of the products and the prices are great. International shipping is usually very fast, and my orders always arrive in perfect condition. I did have an very small issue with my order which was sorted out immediately and with absolutely no fuss whatsoever.

Amazing Customer Support!!

I unfortunately had an issue with my order. Once I brought this up however, Bianca from Sales and Customer Support was very quick to respond and happy to help me with my order. Great service

I ordered the EL Flex glow panel and unfortunately it didn't work as it should be. After having contact with (Bianca) Hardtuned they have send we a new one and it arrived within a week. Thanks for the great service!

Replacement free of charge and sent quickly

I had a production issue on one of the parts I ordered and Hardtuned proposed me to send me a new one free of charge without asking me to send back the defective unit. Fast replies and great communication. Really recommend them.

Meine Erfahrung mit Hardtuned war äußerst positiv. Die Artikel, die ich vor etwa fünf Jahren bestellt habe, darunter T-Shirts und eine Flagge, waren von ausgezeichneter Qualität und sind auch nach all dieser Zeit immer noch in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Designs sind nicht nur schön, sondern auch langlebig, was für die hohe Qualität spricht. Ich schätze die Haltbarkeit und das stilvolle Aussehen der Produkte von Hardtuned sehr und würde sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Awful sizing and exchange policy

Shoe sizes don't fit right, you must return at your OWN expense or the kicker is, they offer to sell you another pair at a 20 percent discount no thanks.

Why would I want to PAY for another pair of garbage when the first don't fit

Regarding your mention of attaching a screenshot, I'd like to clarify that no such attachment was included in the email. Although your sales representative mentioned it, it was not present. I'm willing to provide a screenshot of what I received on my end if necessary. It would have been helpful to have a direct link to your return policy in the initial email for future reference, instead of having to Google for it.

Moving on to the issue of sizing concerns, my primary worry revolves around the fit of the next pair you send me. As a customer, I am hesitant paying shipping expenses for returns and exchanges due to potential manufacturing discrepancies in your shoes.

Typically wearing a size 9, I can understand minor discrepancies prompting a size adjustment, either up or down. However, suggesting a leap from a size 9 to an 11(if it was too small width and length, which it was) seems unreasonable, especially when none of my other shoes exceed a size 10. This significant jump makes me lack confidence in your advice.

The suggestion of purchasing an extra pair at a discounted rate feels pretty BS and seems like an burden on the customer to resolve an issue that should not have occurred initially.

The instruction to "leave a note in the box when you return it with the size" seems unprofessional. This places the accountability on me if the size does not fit, creating a situation where you could claim I received the size I requested, even though it was the size you recommended.

The crux of the issue lies in my hesitance to pay for return shipping if there is no guarantee that subsequent returns will not be necessary. If you were confident in your product and advice, a more customer-friendly approach would be reassuring me by covering return shipping for the next pair if the recommended size proves inaccurate.

As a customer seeking a hassle-free experience, your lack of confident answers to my questions has diminished my faith in your service. I provided precise measurements to the millimeter, yet received a response that lacked certainty.

I hope you can empathize with my perspective. The statement from your customer representative, "I offered you the sizing option that I think would fit you" raises concerns about the certainty of your sizing recommendations.

I'm not the type of person to leave reviews but this process is something I've never encountered before, and I sincerely hope it contributes to a better experience for your future customers.

Hi Andrew, we're sorry to hear about your experience.

After looking at the correspondence between yourself and our customer service team, you originally asked for a return label as you were shipping from Melbourne, we advised that we do not organise return labels for sizing issues and attached a screenshot from our website where it clearly states that customers will need to cover any shipping costs for exchanges or returns.

You then raised your concern about the sizing again and we then asked for your exact measurements which we then used to suggest a size larger. Please keep in mind that different brands and shoes use different materials and designs which can cause discrepancies between sizing between the brands or companies you've purchased from previously. We also gave you some information regarding the reason for the suggested sizing and gave you the option of either a size 10 or 11, depending on the width of your feet.

The other option, should you not wish to pay the maximum of $22 standard post shipping, is a replacement at a discounted rate. All of this information was provided to you in our first email response on the 22nd of February.

You didn't believe that you could be a larger size even though you requested to have a larger size exchanged, while we appreciate that our suggestion may have been surprising, we took your measurements and went down to our warehouse and hand measured the shoes to give you an accurate suggestion with another option, depending on how small the size 9 was (either length or width).

It's hard suggesting a size when we aren't there with you at the time of purchase, as mush as we would love to be there to help you select the correct size, unfortunately we can't be and that is why we recommend using the sizing guides provided on the product pages.

Don't let global shipping put you off

I've been debating whether to order something from hardtuned for a while, but shipping from Aus to the UK always put me off because of the perceived delay. I pulled the trigger last week and at the same time put a much larger order in with a well-known UK rival. 7 days on, my order from Hard Tuned turned up as expected, with decent comms during the process and my UK order still hasn't even been shipped yet. I'll be ordering more.

Ich habe dort zum Glück nur 1 t-shirt bestellt.

Dann kam es in ffm beim Zoll an, lief durch den Zoll durch. Ich hatte mit der Firma schon E-mail kontakt, da das Paket nicht weiter lief. Da hieß es, Sie können mir keine Auskunft geben. DHL brauch/kann man leider auch vergessen bis man da per Mail eine Antwort bekommt.

Schluss endlich wurde alles zurückgeschickt, ohne das ich jemals was gesehen habe.
Dann wurde mir von der Firma vorgeschlagen, dass ich es ja nochmal bestellen könne, bevor die Retour eingetroffen ist. Sie sind aber fest davon überzeugt, dass es an den Zoll gebühren lag und es deswegen zurück gekommen ist. Der Zoll sagt das ist bei Ihnen durchgegangen ist und sie haben das Paket an DHL gegeben haben.

Alles sehr komisch. Ich darf auf jeden fall aufkommen für die kosten. Im gleichen Atemzug soll ich aber doch nochmal was bestellen laut der Firma …

Unfortunately we do not have access to the DHL or customs office's systems so we cannot confirm why the package was returned to us. We based all of our information on assumptions until the package has returned back to our warehouse where it is usually clearly noted as to why the package was returned. If you have not received a follow up email regarding your package, we recommend emailing us back on the email chain you originally emailed us on and we can investigate from there.

We love Hard Tuned clothing for my son…

We love Hard Tuned clothing for my son so ordered some joggers for him for Xmas but the zip was faulty on the them. I messaged HT and Bianca was absolutely brilliant very helpful and quickly and sorted out a replacement. We will be buying again!

Problems were solved quick and easy

My order was delayed trough stock shortages and other environmental difficulties and severe storms that hit australia
Support was kind and instead offered a replacement item for the out of stock items

Excellent customer service.

I only ordered two air fresheners, so my order was small and low value, however the service I received was still perfect. There was a small mix up in the packing process and only one air freshener turned up. A quick email to your customer service team and the second one was on its way to me without any delay. Mistakes happen and its how you deal with them that make you a great company to have dealt with. This was my first order with Hardtuned but it will not be my last and I have already recommended you to a friend.
