I bought the gunma white sneakers, they were on special, I paid $160NZD. Turned up 2 weeks later, all is well.
I went to put them on the day after receiving them and noticed there was a black smudge on the side of the sole, I just figured they had been packed by grubby hands. Then I noticed the toe area was creased and when looking at the sole I saw that there was obvious wear on the heel and toe. I had obviously been sent a return.
I contacted the help desk with the issue and supporting photos. I received a prompt reply. An excuse was offered that sometimes the toe can crease in transit... on shoes that are packed with paper and in a sturdy box? I've bought alot of shoes online and this is not a thing. I was told that I had to pay for postage to exchange them, which I found unfair considering I paid for a new pair of shoes and that is definitely not what I got. I asked if they could organise the shipping as this was none of my doing and was told they don't do that.
I was offered a 30% discount of further purchases and free shipping. The shoes were of a price where shipping was free anyway and why would I want to use the company again when the first transaction has been crap. They model themselves on the Japanese side of things, but that most definitely does not extend to their customer support. A Japanese company would be mortified that the shoes were sent out in such a condition. I do not recommend using this company. 2nd hand shoes at brand new prices and no accountability or responsibility taken.
Ordered an rx7 bundle haven’t even got a confirmation email edit: it arrived haha

Ondanks meerdere contactpogingen is mijn bestelling met nr. 1541 dd. 4 februari 2023 nog altijd niet toegekomen. Verder geen enkele reactie gehad na meerdere contactpogingen.
Zeer spijtig dat dit zo verloopt.

My experience dealing with this company was more than I could have asked for, amazing customer service and the delivery was within 3 business days, packaging was perfect and the quality of the items was immaculate, I am extremely happy overall and will definitely be a returning customer!

Ik heb op 24 november een bestelling geplaatst voor een les sticker. Er zijn al meerdere berichten gestuurd door mij naar de website maar tot heden nog steeds geen reactie, terwijl de site aan geeft 7 dagen per week ook buiten openingstijden bereikbaar te zijn. Ik heb geen bevestiging gekregen geen tracking informatie. Vind dit erg schandelijk. Zou graag nu nog een reactie willen en ik hoop dat dat door deze review te schrijven gaat gebeuren.

Total scammmm. It’s been 3 months now and still waiting on ca stickers I ordered l. Received a email from them angry about my first bad review and 4 months later still no stickers. Be careful purchasing at this company. They don't have anything on stock what you purchase and then tell you as an excuse to add some extra stuff in your order.

Have been ordering stuff from the guys at Hardtuned for years and they've never disappointed me in any way shape or form. I've even bought some of their kids hoodies which are of excellent sizing and still fit perfect even 2 heats later. Prints excellent on the garmets, tshirts are also excellent. I have another package on the way. Will be buying again in the near future.

Be careful purchasing at this company. They don't have anything on stock what you purchase and then tell you as an excuse to add some extra stuff in your order. My package arrived today and nothing extra was included. Feeling like this was a big mistake, good way to loose customers.

Allright this is for everyone reading this - I am a regular customer of this shop and only buy my drift gear from here , so if your unsure you trust it or not then trust me ! I absolutely love their store and couldn't ask for better gear or service from the staff , Everytime I have a question they reply almost instantly and respond with helpfully information (your speaking to real people that care aswell not just a robot)- they want to help you so their service is outstanding , I can not promote the store any better they are amazing to deal with , I have spent hundreds through this store and allways get all my products ontime and intact , the quality of the material lasts ages and doesn't fade fast like some do or fall apart , the printing on the clothing is very good aswell lasts a long time , I can't get enough of the hard tuned store honestly - there's no better place I can go for all my favourite naoki Nakamura , Miki takagi , n style , pink style , origin labo , bn sports , team alive , taka gear , I highly reccomend this store but save some for me too heehe 😉 get shopping guys you's won't regret it

Top business. Offered a fair compromise to something which was ultimately an error made by myself. Would 100% recommend buying off them if you require any form of good quality apparel or car accessories.

I have purchased some shoes, sweat and key ring from Hardtuned, and even if first they sent me the wrong key ring, for free, they sent me the one I ordered, the customer service is superbe, really reactive and really friendly.
There products are high quality, even if I live in france, the delivery was quick, just be carefull with customs duties wich may be expensive.
I will not hesitate to purchase something else from this website ! :)

The products are top notch, but that's not even the best thing about these guys! I accidentally input the wrong addresses for shipping, and sent a desperate late email ad got a reply on minutes and it was fixed that easy

Ordered the additional tracking with my order.
I never received the tracking info.
After a week I reached out to inquire about said info. Was told order would ship soon.
A week later I reach out to cancel my order and was told the item already shipped and could be returned after I receive it.
After checking the info, they had shipped my order two days before I reached out to cancel my order. And they knew that when they sent me a message saying the order will ship soon.
Very poor customer service, not sure how anyone else on here got good service

Inquired about an out of stock shoe on Facebook customer service and was helped by Luke H. He worked with me for over an hour as I hemmed and hawed about sizes. After a day or two of thinking about it I eventually worked out a deal with them. Luke was extremely and helpful and patient with me. If Hardtuned’s shoe quality is anywhere near Luke’s quality of service I will be wearing these shoes forever. Thanks so much.
I was nervous to reach out about some shoes that are out of stock on their webpage. Took my chances anyway to reach out and ask about when they would maybe be back in stock through Facebook even though I signed up to be notified by email because I wanted to make sure I could purchase them asap when back in.. Luckily enough they just so happened to have not just one pair available in my size but a second pair that's also in my boyfriend's favourite colour and size! I was so happy with the customer service and they were so kind and helpful throughout the whole thing! Will 100% be ordering more merch from this company very soon. It's nice to know the places that you order from are so kind and helpful 😊
They are actually a pretty good company who sells awesome quality goodies. I've acquired 2 different pairs of the Fuji 2 and a sweater and I have to say it may be a bit expensive, but that "bit" is more than reasonable when you see the quality.
In short words, they are awesome. And its customer service, to another level of other companies I've bought before, patience, chill and professional.
The amazing selection of products aside, HardTuned has the best customer service of any place I've ever shopped, in person or online. I wanted a shoe that was out of stock, and they went through the trouble of checking leftover stock from events and such, and found the pair I wanted! In the time it took to work everything out for the order, I had a wonderful time with one of their associates, and he made my day. I'll be shopping here again and again, and I couldn't recommend them enough! 💙 (PS, thanks for all the help Luke 😊)

So I've been viewing the merch since March 2020 and only just been able to buy some shoes from them and the amount of work they put into their customer support is unbelievable. I can not thank these people enough for helping me throughout my order. I will definitely buy more merchandise from them in the future.
