When I DMed Hardtuned on Instagram to ask about the Fuji2 high-top shoes, I got a helpful and concise response very quickly. Luke H was very helpful with all my questions, and was overall extremely friendly and professional. Easily some of the best customer service I've gotten from an online store probably ever. Can't wait for my awesome shoes to get here!

After contacting these guys about my order, I got a reply from possibly the easiest chill guy who did nothing but help me out all the way. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received and I’ll be happy to come back to these guys!

My daughter and I cannot express enough gratitude to Luke at Hardtuned for helping us out with a Christmas present between Australia and NZ, incorrect size ordered, Covid delaying shipments, Aus Post being burgled and losing my daughters shoes in transit etc etc etc... Without Luke's intervention and care, my daughter may well have never received her shoes, but she did and she absolutely loves them!!

This is the second time I’ve bought something from here and the quality is amazing!! I ended up having a run in one of my leggings and they were so quick to respond and send me a replacement. Couldn’t ask for better customer service

I think it was the best buying experience of my life. Out of curiosity, I wrote to customer service to ask if it was possible to buy certain clothes or when they would be available again. The friendly employee answered me only a few minutes after my request and it was possible that we could keep quick email contact. Often you are put off by Instagram ads and you don't know if these websites are confidential, but luckily it turned out that the staff at Hardtuned are very friendly and this is definitely NOT a scam. I can only recommend this store and look forward to more purchases!

I was looking for a pair of sold out shoes, and they managed to deliver a pair for me, we had some problems choosing the model and size, but sometimes luck helps! the best

I accidentally ordered a pair of sneakers too small, so I contacted Customer Support. Not only the Product-Quality but also the Support really is the best. In less than a Day they got back to me and were super friendly. It felt like a Talk between Friends, and not like a bureaucratic E-Mail which is Awesome!
I really love Shopping here. Not even the long Delivery Time ,because of the Fact that they're in Australia and i'm in Germany, can break my Love for them. I feel like they're bringing a Community together!

I never heard of this company until I started using Instagram. I bought a Supra themed hoody and 2 Fuji sneakers in red and white from them. I had an issue with one of the pairs of shoes and they immediately sent me out another pair. The customer service was outstanding. A role model for any company to follow in terms of service. The products themselves are very high quality. The attention to detail is incredible on the shoes and the hoodie. I will definitely purchase other products from hardtuned in the future. The quality of the materials are very high and don’t feel low budget in any way. Great clothing and great service!

So we've all seen those Facebook or Instagram ads showcasing some really cool niche or pop-culture merch and thought..."there's no way this is real...Clearly these are made in a sweat shop somewhere in a warehouse district of some city. Eventually the ads do their jobs and you take a leap of faith, as did I and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Fuji 2's from Hardtuned and sadly, got a wrong size. I emailed them about a return and over the course of a week with daily emails, Luke H the marketing director helped me get my size and feel like we'd been friends forever.

I don't want you to think that I'm gassing this up, really the only problem with the sneakers were that they were too small. The build quality and craftsmanship was amazing, way better than I expected and I honestly trust the company and brand now.

I ordered shoes as a Christmas gift that were super sick. But the wrong size. Thankfully my main man Luke H the marketing director helped me out. He was a wicked dude, He solved my problems and set me up with the right size shoe in no time. He is a boss😎. Thanks Luke. Rock on.

I have now ordered multiple items & I have to say, everything is of the highest quality & is a true fit! Postage & communication back & fourth is absolutely flawless. Worth every cent & more!

We ordered a pair of shoes back in November and when we got them at the end of December they were too small. After working with Luke, we were able to come up with a solution to get the correct size shoes sent. He made the process extremely easy and I greatly appreciate the promptness in which he replied. Excellent customer service!

I will preface this by saying that my interaction with the company involved a return and exchange as well.

From the get go, the site was intuitive, easy to navigate and very, very user friendly.

I purchased the White Fuji 2's in size US 9 and they shipped to my house in literally two days!

I was gobsmacked at the shipping speed, the packaging was really well done along with the free lanyard that I won on the site as well.

The shoes are spectacular, the soles are removable if you want to replace them with an inner sole of your choice.

Unfortunately the shoes were not wide enough for my feet, I recommend if your foot is slightly wider to go up a full size rather than stick to your regular size, I am a US 9 in Vans, but a US 10 in Fuji 2's because of my wider foot.

This was mid Christmas holidays time, so I waited a few days and contacted customer service, who replied in just under two hours via email and gave me instructions to send back the shoes as long as they weren't worn or damaged, which they were not.

Luke, the one I spoke to, gave me the address and was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to.
I posted the shoes that afternoon and with a note regarding the problem.
I was expecting some delays of up to a few weeks until I got my refund or exchange for the US 10 size.

I posted them on the 6th at the end of the day and received a new pair at around midday today on the 13th, this is with COVID delays on our postal system!

The size US 10 fits my wide feet perfectly and is soooo comfortable.

I love the design of the shoes, they feel absolutely great to wear and I am so excited to wear them everywhere possible.

Thank you again guys for a fantastic experience and lightning fast responses and a worry free exchange, it was worth every cent!

Les leggings sont merveilleux ! Gilet et brassière au top également ! Super qualité. Le temps de recevoir les colis c'est environ 1 mois (surtout avec le covid) mais ça en vaut la peine ! En cas de problème vous pouvez contacter le site qui répond rapidement.

Absolutely Appalling Customer service, Brought items, Issued wrong tracking information, Items got returned by Customs to seller due to not being able to contact me due to incorrect information..
Still involved in a case to get my money refunded as there blaming me for there incompetence..
Stay clear of this company...
