We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Hästens.
The whole process from start to finish has been nothing but smooth and seamless. The turnaround time for our bed was impressively quick and everything was tailored perfectly to our preferences, which made the experience feel very personal.
We’ve also just had our first service, both Alex and Elliott were excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through every step of the process, explaining what they were doing and why it’s important for achieving the best sleep and maintaining the bed properly.
A nice touch was that they even hoovered the bed using their own equipment which really showed attention to detail and care.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with our purchase and really appreciate the ongoing support and expert advice on how to maintain it properly.

Excellent service!

Excellent service from both gentlemen that came to massage my Hastens mattress today. They take sleep so seriously and I appreciate that!

The Hastens

Alex and Elliot, our bed doctors, were absolutely lovely - professional and charming. They took great care to explain all aspects of the care of our mattress and topper and left it looking lively. I look forward to their next visit.

Om jeg kunne gitt 0 stjerner hadde jeg…

Om jeg kunne gitt 0 stjerner hadde jeg det. Foreldrene mine som er eldre orket ikke å ta kampen lenger. De har sagt ifra om at senga de kjøpte til over 100 000kr ikke sto til forventningene og heller ikke var slik de ble lovet. Mamma har problemer med hoftene og derfor ønsket de å bruke mer penger på en seng. Kundeservicen er ikke bra nok og de orket rett og slett ikke å ha mer med dem å gjøre. De ba om en myk seng og sengen skulle forme seg etter kroppen. De fikk en seng som var altfor hard og den former seg absolutt ikke etter kroppen. Sengen er ikke slett og har små hull i seg noe som også er irriterende. Det var ikke mulig å få pengene tilbake og de måtte bare ha den sengen. Når jeg hørte om det så måtte jeg skrive en anmeldelse for det er utnyttelse av eldre mennesker som ikke orker å ta kampen! Jeg vet ikke helt når den ble kjøpt men det er for flere år siden. De endte opp med å kjøpe en ny seng fra bohus og den andre sengen til over 100 000kr står bare ubrukt på et annet rom!

$15,000 Hastens Bed Failed—Warranty Not Honored

I purchased a Hastens Aurora bed for approximately $15,000, sold with a 25-year warranty. After 10 years, the bed sagged so severely that my wife and I can no longer sleep on it without experiencing back pain.

Hastens acknowledged this as a manufacturing defect and claims to have resolved the issue in newer models. Yet instead of honouring the warranty, they offered a 15% discount on a replacement bed priced between $22,000 -$56,000.

This is not a solution—it’s an insult. A luxury brand should stand behind its products and its promises. I cannot recommend Hastens Beds based on this experience. Their warranty is meaningless! For a highly-priced bed this should be a major consideration for all purchasers as Hastens do not stand behind their products.

Really not worth the money

I bought a Hastens 2000T in 2016/17 from the downtown Toronto store.
After going to a local hotel to try out the medium mattress Nick sent firmer one to our condo for a night.
He talked us into the soft mattress.
It has caused back problems almost immediately. In fairness, age has made it worse, but unlike the mattress it didn’t cause it overnight.
Like any expensive thing, we’ve held onto it only because it was so expensive. But that’s a poor reason to have back problems.
We’re now looking for a more comfortable mattress at probably less than 10% of the cost.
I enquired about a firmer mattress from Hastens but it came close to the original bed cost. And there are no returns.
We’ve decided toss the Hastens mattress, find a comfortable non-Hastens mattress that we can test, return if it’s not right, and put it on the Hastens box springs.
But the existing combination has to go.

Köpte en Hästen Eala 160 cm för stora pengar och upplever bäddmadrassen BJX som ett skämt.
Sladdrig och ligger aldrig still
Ska sy en säck med remmar som håller den på på plats.

Trouvons normal qu’en 2025 en page 77 du catalogue c’est une femme nue qui soit allongée sur le matelas pour démontrer que la colonne est droite ? Bravo pour une marque suédoise ! Où est ce le luxe qui l’autorise ?

Slechtste bed ever

Slechtste bed ever. Wat een miskoop. Wat een slechte service. Al na twee weken kuil vorming in het midden. Regelmatig keren is het advies. Dan zou je dus om het uur mogen keren. Wat een ramp en zo zonde van het geld. Zou het echt iedereen afraden!

Bedmotor Hastens Adjustable

Sinds 2009 een Hastens Adjustable gekocht. Op zich prima bed forse investering alleen nu na 15 jaar is er een afstandbediening kapot en bij mijn bed gaat de massage ineens aan en krijg ik niet meer uit. Het bed kan ik ook niet meer verstellen. Ik dus met een Hastens vestiging bellen. Moet ik dus noodgedwongen de motor vervangen maar krijg ik te horen dat de massagefunctie dan komt te vervallen en een nieuwe afstandsbediening gaat ook niet meer. Wat is dit nou voor onzin ik heb betaald voor verstelbaar bed met massage. Nu moet ik twee nieuw motoren kopen kosten euro 1300,- plus brandstof en zelf erin zetten en dan is er geen massage meer. Wat een zeer slechte service van Hastens zeg. We zijn enorm teleurgesteld en dachten 25 jaar met dit bed te doen maar we twijfelen nu. Het lijkt op garantie tot aan de deur. Wat is wijsheid nieuwe motor of een ander bed kopen?

Slechte aftersales.

Wij hebben nu 10 jaar een Hästens bed. De afstandsbediening is stuk. Nu kan ik alleen een afstandsbediening met snoer (€400) of een nieuwe motor (€500) aanschaffen, want de oude is niet meer vervangbaar. En de trilfunctie zit er dan niet meer op. Wat een waardeloos bedrijf, dat je dit niet meer kunt leveren. Zou je toch beter verwachten na zo'n dure aanschaf. En dan pretendeert men dat ze "het beste bed ter wereld" maken waar je zo héél lang mee kunt doen. Maar owee als er iets stuk gaat, trek dan je portemonee maar weer open.
Wat een aanfluiting. Wij slapen er prima op, maar deze aftersails is ronduit slecht.

They don't offer returns

They don't offer returns, even after a week. That should tell you everything you need to know. The bed is hard as a rock, nothing like the soft bed I tried in the store. They say it takes time to break in and make it soft, but I guess I'm just supposed to trust them and eat the cost in the mean time since they offer no guarantee or refund schedule. Just bad. Avoid this brand at all costs.

Regretful decision!!!

Bought a 2000T matress from Markham store and Nick was a fabulous salesperson. However, there have been numerous issues that have occurred and we have lost all faith in them. We regret purchasing the mattress. The mattress is close to 100 grand and they take half up front. It was supposed to take no more than 8 to 10 weeks and took four and a half months to arrive, no explanation given. There have been numerous mistakes made along the way and nominal compensation and no apologies given . Also, the smell of the mattress is off putting, it smells like a barnyard. We have only had ours for five days, so hopefully the smell will dissipate. Also, the comfort is not great, both of us are experiencing low back pain. We really regret this decision and want to warn others.

Hastens Dremer mattress

We have the Hastens Dremer.
Terrible experience. This bed costs more than 50k€ and after a mere 2years our body-imprints are showing. We're sporty & slim-built individuals weighing 65 & 70kg.
Don't bother contacting customer service: "You don't massage your bed enough or incorrectly." It's always your fault.

Don't fall for this marketing-stunt. Don't trust awards based on a one-night-sleep in a certain mattress. Ask people who've been sleeping on them for years.
Feel free to contact me, I've got lots of photos of the mattress after 2 years of sleeping in it.

köpte hästens säng med lyftfunktion och redan efter 7-8 år är det en håla i båda sängarna. Vad ska vi göra för att kunna ligga i sängarna Det där om att hålla i 25 år är tydligen överdrivet med sådär 15 år eller?
