Sub-standard gardeners. Looks like children have tried to mow the lawn. They use poison on the weeds. Do not use if you respect wildlife or have children or pets. A disappointingly unprofessional operation.

Wish I could select no stars
Wish I could select no stars. The Bristol office, together with the MD have not replied to any of my emails since Feb 2017. Only ever had one basic acknowledgement. The worst company it has ever been my displeasure to deal with.

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting no help what so ever had a group of homeless people living outside my flat in the communal are for at least a year complained a number of times still getting no where! There smoking doing drugs and using my Landing as a toilet all I get from hazelvine is “we are still waiting for quotes to fix doors so they can’t get in” I’m sorry but this isn’t good enough absolutely poor service. The building has been vandalised snapped fire doors dismantled smoke detectors carpets soaked in urine how is this acceptable?!?!??

For a company who's main service is property management...
For a company who's main service is property management, I have no idea what these people do all day.
I am still being fobbed off about issues that were reported 2+ years ago.
From leaks in communal areas, damp, broken lights, cigarette bins hanging off walls. You name it, it will go unresolved.
I have to ask for our front door code to be changed every year to try and keep some level of safety in our block of flats. I should not have to prompt you to do basic aspects of your job.
Asking residents to vote on major works and saying all those who don't respond will be counted as in favour of the planned works. Democracy at it's finest. Then when receiving the desired result saying that the method was unacceptable and they need to re-vote. You don't say?
Emails go unanswered. If they don't want to speak to you they will lie and say they tried to call but couldn't get through. Most businesses will leave a message in that instance. Plus I had no missed calls.
I could go on and on and on, but ultimately you should AVOID at all costs.
Linden Homes seem to use this management company regularly and I am also in the process informing contacts there about the way this company operate. I am sure they will not want to hear that Hazelvine are deterring buyers.
If you are a new build developer looking for property management then I strongly advise you to read up on this company and find someone else.
The most worrying part is that Hazelvine are part of the Qdime group who own the freehold to my property. Ultimately, they aren't acting independently of each other and considering the best interests of the residents. It really is one big, expensive, con. I am researching my rights on this with a solicitor.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Will Hazelvine EVER improve?
I had previously written a review on here in November of last year. Interestly I was advised to contact them to rectify the situation. Now imagine only 3 months on- I am dealing with a different situation, and receiving the same unacceptable, disrespectful and poor communication. So to say they want to rectify anything is a joke! I stand by my original review in that they clearly don’t care about their customers or the service they provide. They should be ashamed of their work as ‘Service’ providers/managers because I am yet to receive any good service or management in 7 years of dealing with them!

Terribly frustrating company
I've had the misfortune of dealing with Hazelvine for 8 years now. They demand higher and higher service charges yet do not reply to any correspondence unless you pester them consistently. They take money for repairs but don't repair anything. It is because of this company that I am looking into selling my flat and moving away from what would otherwise be a lovely home. My concern is that the charges are so ridiculous for such a small block that I won't be able to sell...

In a word shocking
Just some examples, we are maintaining the Parking Bays please ensure your bay is clear, you move your car off the estate because they have employed a private company to ticket you if you park elsewhere and shock horror they don’t attend, but they are happy to park their vans anywhere when they turn up to cut the weeds, sorry grass. Yes they do occasionally turn up. They should maintain the front Gardens, that doesn’t happen. If someone on the estate fly tips we all pay to remove the rubbish without any attempt at finding the culprits. When you contact them they don’t respond unless you email them 3 or 4 times, when and if you get a reply they don’t answer the question.
They may acknowledge this with something like ‘I’m sorry you are experiencing problems please contact us to discuss’ but I don’t have enough time left on earth to email you 3or 4 times for a cut and paste answer.
In a word shocking.

If I could rate a minus I would! Rip off company who don't do any of the maintenance they are paid to! Just keep pocketing the money! Absolutely awful company with absolutely useless office staff !!

Hazelvine are NOT managing our property…
Hazelvine are managing our property where I'm a tenant. The lift in the premise is not working since 2 months now, but no solution. We have old people, kids for whome lift is handy and of course one of the criteria's when looking for a place to live. Despite of many emails from residents, they still blame the lift vendors. Terrible.

This company is one of the worst I have ever come across and what is worse is that fact we don't have the right to change them.
Their bullying tactics will not faze me.
They are unable to manage effectively and our bills are starting to rise year upon year.
Taking advantage of the lack of regulations to fleece homeowners.
Do your research and avoid anything to do with this company is my advice.

As an owner/occupier my daughter…
As an owner/occupier my daughter experienced considerable problems with Hazelvine over a number of years and did not speak favourably as to the service they were providing as against the level of charges being applied. However, persistence and dialogue are keys to achieving results, as is having a reasonable idea of what your talking about. Good Property Managers are hard to come by and I have experienced this both in the UK and the United States as an owner /occupier. The Property Manager I have dealt with at Hazelvine, on behalf of my daughter. for some considerable time has been exceptionally professional in dealing with discussion and resolution issues and has without exception been extremely polite.
I have followed my daughters experiences and being retired I have been fortunate in having had the time to pursue various issues on her behalf and challenge responses to the 'complaints she had made to Hazelvine over the years.
There would seem to be a common denominator with the majority of flats/apartments which have a tendency to penalise owner/ occupiers who for the most part take pride in their personal space and the communal areas of their particular building.
Unfortunately we are bearing the brunt of the so called 'buy to let' culture which by virtue of it's objectives puts many tenants in occupation who do not know, do not want to know, and regularly abuse the terms of their lease in addition to important Health and Safety issues. Abuse of the terms of a lease together with Health and Safety issues often lead to complaints which have to be investigated and resolved and that costs money - particularly when legal costs are involved. Don't always blame the Management Company - what they have to spend the owners have to pay for !!!! Cut their workload and cut your costs.

This management company make me want to sell my property. Rude, incompetent and useless! The amount us tenants pay in management fees you would expect a lot more from these guys, complete joke!

Extortionate fees extremely bad company, rude obnoxious service. Stay away from this management Company charge £39 for a bill of £68. Avoid this Company like the plague. Company operates under many names to avoid mass complaints
