Recently received my absolutely beautiful framed canvas and it arrived quickly and packaged amazingly! Lovely friendly team and the most gorgeous products. I will most definitely be ordering from hdlondonart again and I highly recommend them!

The delivery took four days after ordering on a weekend, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The pieces look stunning on our wall, and we've already started browsing for our next set. I’d definitely recommend this site to a friend.

The delivery took 5 days, which is completely understandable given the busy Christmas period. Throughout the process, I was kept updated with frequent communication, which made me feel valued as a customer.

I was very happy with my purchase. I was worried about the colours not being the same as online but it was a perfect match. There’s very minor damage on frame corners but nothing major that couldn’t be fixed.
The quality is very good and I would purchase from HD London Art again

Ordered two abstract sea prints as a finishing touch to my Hampton/Maine themed lounge after many months of trawling the Internet. The size and quality looked just right.
The order was placed with Hdlondonart on 10th December with guaranteed delivery before Christmas, however with no further contact re my order I contacted Hdlondonart by e-mail 10days later and I was assured by the company my order was with the delivery company. On tracking I could see my consignment was with the delivery company in Glasgow on
Sat 21st December with no further movement over the weekend. I was concerned as I was due to be away on 24th Dec and didn't want my consignment left at my door and open to the weather over Christmas. I e-mailed Hdlondonart again and received a kind reply from Alistair, Director to confirm my delivery would be with me by Mon 23rd, also received a text message from delivery company on 23rd Dec to inform consignment was out for delivery. Delivery made as text by early afternoon.
I am absolutely delighted with the abstract calm sea prints in a wooden white frame - good quality and they are just PERFECT

Product not delivered in specified time frame. Had to resort to instagram messaging to get a response. They made excuses about it being busy over Christmas (despite ordering before this). Still no update was given as to when I would receive my order. Chased again, was offered a refund. Didn’t want a refund wanted the products I’d paid for. Heard nothing and then was ignored again until I messaged the MD directly (in the hope I’d get some help from someone in charge) he proceeded to say it was strange and personal that I’d contacted him directly. Accepted a full refund offer in the end as couldn’t be dealing with the terrible service and attitude much longer.

MD Alistair proceeded to send me stats on their success and how they meet their delivery slots 99% of the time, how they have had 10,000 customers in 4 years Didn’t ask for any of this info , nor do I care. I just wanted the products I’d paid for and to be treated with some customer service but it would appear a huge ego is in the way of that unfortunately.

I have the screenshots of the one message I sent to your ‘hidden’ instagram (not a thing by the way). It stated- ‘ Hey. I think I’m messaging the right person. I’m waiting for my order from HD London Art and nobody is coming back to me. I ordered on the 17th December the order number is 5005. Please can you help me? Thanks’

The ONLY reason I reached out to you was because I was being ignored on the other page. Hence why when you tried to turn it into me being creepy I replied saying get over yourself. (With a clown emoji admittedly as it seemed fitting to the whole situation and attitude). It doesn’t take a genius to research the company and find out who is in charge, and that’s what I did as my last resort in the hope that the person in charge would be helpful and help escalate the situation. Couldn’t have been more wrong. I also never told you to shut your business down. Ever. (Again, I’ve got the screenshots).

The way you treat your customers is disgraceful. Imagine saying someone is not a nice person on a trust pilot review - doesn’t make you look good at all.

In addition to all the above, the issue at hand was that you didn’t meet your stated delivery times. It’s 2 weeks on and the parcel hadn’t even been posted. So it’s nothing to do with me not receiving it for Christmas , it’s to do with me not receiving it at all.

This will be the last I give you any response.

Fraudulent company.
Took my money but have not sent anything and are not replying to any emails.

Thank you for your response. To confirm I still haven’t been given any tracking for the correct product you are claiming to send and it hasn’t arrived on the dates you said. This is my reasoning for losing faith along with the delayed responses. When you say you are going to send something I suggest you provide tracking. You committed to getting the correct product to me by yesterday/today but it still hasn’t arrived.

There have been no lies. I am a month on without the correct product that cost over £220. If I could have the correct product and a new date of when it will arrive and on that date the product does arrive then this will be resolved.

Really pleased with our prints. They are a stunning addition to our home. Excellent customer service from HD London Art. Items arrived well packaged and they are of high quality yet very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Ordered a set of 3 blue grey cloud prints and ordered on HDlondon art site. I was a bit apprehensive ordering after reading a few negative comments but ordered anyway.
I had to contact customer support as I did not hear an get a tracking for my delivery and got a quick response as there was a slight delay from the warehouse.
Print were delivered as the customer support suggested and of good quality.

Will be looking at purchasing a few more for my hime.

Bought from HD London last month and over the moon with my order! The quality of the prints is amazing and the customer service & shipping is second to none!

If you are on the fence wether to purchase from HD London I would strongly advise you go with these guys.

I brought from this company for 1st time and had a problem that was a error with my order, but was fixed straight away........
Customer service is extremely good and honestly amazing.

Don't think twice bout ordering from this company cause if there is a problem it's fixed straight away and it's Sunday :)

Unfortunately, another disappointing experience to add. 7 days after purchasing a set, I am still in the dark about where my order is. Again, many emails unanswered. Now having to work on resolving this instead of enjoying my purchase. Customer service in great need of attention.
