This is an amazing company. They were willing to work with me to sort out my specific issues with ordering and shipping in a way I have never experienced before.
They are responsive, courteous, very helpful and shipping is prompt and easy to navigate. I'm in the US so their customer service is even more important to me. Can't say enough positive things about the entire team!

I bought a pari velox and a year pack. They sent a pari velox but not the year pack. Sent pictures and mail but they will not send me what I paid for. Scamming...handled very bad

J’ai reçu l’appareil le 10 avril 2026 et nous sommes le 12 mai 2026 et il ne fonctionne déjà plus. Ma femme est kinésithérapeute et sait comment l’utiliser, elle a lu le mode d’emploi. Nous avons changé les piles par une grande marque. Et rien ne fonctionne. La société a pris contact avec moi et après une montagne de mails, ils ont décidé de me renvoyer une sonde avec un nouveau set de câbles que j’attends. Nous sommes le 20 mai 2026. Le 22/05/2026,Amanda m’a envoyé un nouveau set de câbles et la sonde. Je les attends avec impatience. Il faudra sûrement une semaine avant de recevoir ce nouveau set de câbles et la sonde.
J’ai reçu le set complet et cela fonctionne. Bravo à cette entreprise familiale.

I purchased eyedrops for severe dry eye from Healthcare4all. Since it's located in the UK, I expected to pay high tariff fees, instead, I was charged a flat-rate shipping fee. The prices for these drops in the US are far beyond what I could afford to pay. I was given outstanding customer service before and after I received my order, eight days after placing it. I am so

One of the most impressive things was answering their phone immediately. Thank goodness I wasn’t stacked in a huge queue My order was sent in Hong Kong. It took quite a long time to arrive so I contacted them and they assured me that it would get here by tracking indeed it arrived . I will definitely be using them again. There’s some products you can’t buy in Hong Kong Kong.

I ordered from this company they said the couldn't send my parcel as it was to heavy and they said they will refund..they have not refunded me they have not replied backed after i have sent them 4 emails..not happy..most likely been scammed

Venturing offshore for prescription-only eye drops that cost $550 in the US was a bit scary, but this pharmacy being in England gave me hope over India or Australia. SO glad I ordered from them. Enormous savings! The Hycosan drops arrived in 12 days and work amazingly well.
It's insane that these drops cost $27 and require no prescription in other countries, while greedy Pharma companies use the FDA to abuse US citizens.
