sadly, I’ve been sent a faulty unit which is not only a safety problem due to spritzing boiling water but also one that is leaking from base. The customer service is majorly unhelpful and I’ve had to resort to PayPal to dispute this. I will also go to ACA due to the dangerous nature of this product

Order was reasonably priced, and package arrived quickly and in an appropriately sized box.

I wanted some tea tree eye wipes and these are just what I was looking for.

I just received a Dust mite plug in ultra-sound device which I purchased for $53.95, I just received it last night and found that it ONLY works in UK sockets!
When I asked them for a refund they told me at he bottom of their ad there was a line that stated that it’s for UK sockets. I could purchase an adapter! After paying double the cost, I’m not about to do that!
This was a costly lesson from this company which if you live in the United States, BEWARE of this company!

Vous payer le prix fort pour être livrés dans les 2-3 jours.
Mais en réalité: j'ai commandé le mardi 2 septembre , le colis m'a été livré le lundi 8 septembre.
J'ai donc demandé le remboursement de la différence du coût de port, puisque le délai de 2 - 3 jours ouvrables n'était pas respecté.
Mais leur réponse: vous avez commandé le mardi 2 septembre, le transporteur l'a emmené le mercredi 3 et vous avez été livré le lundi 8, le délai est donc respecté.

Nous ne comptons apparemment pas de la même façon, le colis aurait dû m'être livré le vendredi 5 septembre

Absolutely amazing service.

The ray lamp came all the way from the UK to Australia and from the time of ordering it to receipt of the lamp was only around 3-4 days. By comparison purchases out of China can take 8 weeks.
