Would give a zero if I could

This company if you can call then that are the worst I have ever dealt with.

Customer service is terrible when you do get to speak to them

Incorrect reporting on credit file even after ombudsman was involved and just carried on.

No rights for us when transfer happened now stuck with a cowboy company and having to go through the full ombudsman process again and again as they don’t want or care to fix there issues.

Something needs to be done with company’s like this who buy debt from dissolved companies leaving customers with no choice or service

If I could give zero stars… we were with NR before this co. Took over. And all they do is charge you more, my mortgage has went up £100 in less than a yr and the worst part is I can’t change to another mortgage lender because of Helidodor! They said out the blue we owed a payment of one mths rent? So we just paid it, then when we paid it they said we owed them another mths rent! We didn’t pay that because they were talking in terms of gobbledygook, now I’ve just received a letter a yr after this after paying every mth and paying the extras they randomly add on without explanation, that we now owe nearly £10,000?! We have had our house for over a decade and this is just got us worried thinking we will lose our family home! Let’s face it they can’t even getting my name right after sending birth certificates etc as proof!

Well this so called company are just disgusting &ruthless towards customers they are horrible stay well clear off them they say they are a mortgage company but they are not they are a Debt asset management company who buy debt at a low price and charge there customers double (ruthless)
They changed my monthly payment without telling me put interest charge up with telling me can’t do that but they did.
When you phone them you are on hold up to hour or more then when you get threw you get cut off.
They say they are there to help you but they don’t
I have been on the phone for 4 hours trying to get my account sorted with no success I could go on &on but am not as other people on this company is a shambles not interested in helping they are just out to make more money off people who are struggling at this moment we are mortgage prisoners with them

I cannot understand why these crooks are allowed to keep trading. I haven’t heard a good word about them which doesn’t surprise me given my own experience. From having a phone line that charges you whilst you wait 5 minutes listening to how you can contact them online before being allowed to confirm any details which then purposefully doesn’t understand your voice when stating postcode, to then either not monitoring or bothering replying or contacting you through the ‘self service’ chat and then of course increasing interest rate every second month knowing people can’t go elsewhere. Absoutle predators and can’t understand why a financial like this is allowed to continue. The fact that they have no reviews beyond the lowest possible 1 star review should surely allow a review into the practices of this disgusting company.
I will not stop until this company is closed down. For both my personal benefit and the benefit of others experiencing similar issues

Utter crooks !!!, I was one of the victims when this crowd took over from NR, just please themselves what they charge interest rates and when and always seem to lose your contact details when they hike the rates up again ,and as for their complaints department..joke shop !!!,they say they are a professional company yet don't have email contacts and work from a PO Box, the bosses/owners should be jailed for the way this company operates

Contact heliodor to see if I could go onto interest only for a short time, I’m struggling and in the process of selling my home of 15 years. I completed the income and expenditure and it shown I was -£86 a month. My application to go on interest only was rejected. Heliodor wants its customers to starve to death.

Horrific company that has taken advantage of customers whilst the base rate was at record lows. Now the rates have increased they are bleeding people dry.

Would give a zero if it was possible. Absolute vultures. Charging extortionate interest rates on old Northern Rock mortgage that the GOVERNMENT sold on to them. Can't give a rate reduction as 'they aren't an active lender'. Seems you can put it up every month though can't you!!!

Absolutely criminal organisation. These guys are keeping people paying sky high interest rates nearly double the base rate and pretend to care while fleecing unfairly victims of the 2008 financial collapse based on failed government regulation and greedy bankers.these guys are crooks and part of a network of corrupt companies owned by computershare . Hopefully the upcoming court case destroys them in the comings months .

They are a terrible company. They rarely repond to complaints, staff can't answer the basic of questions and they are just no help. Interest rates are way above BOE rates and they get away with it as they are not active mortgage lenders.

How can this company have an average of 1.2 starts when every review is 1 star? . My mortgage was sold to Heliodor and at the same time as others paying 1.5% interest rates I was paying over 4%. When I asked about it I was told you don't follow the BOE base rate, yet when the BOE increased you increased my rate. We are just a cheap source of income for you as you paid a nominal fee for my mortgage.

I would give zero stars if I could. No reflection on the people fielding calls at all, but absolutely everything else about this set of charlatans is a joke. Bought up a chunk of the old Northern Rock book and now exist to suck the life out of the Mortgage Prisoners by bolting an arbitrary 2,3,4 % on top of the usual high street lending rates. Avoid this lot like the plague. They have it in their gift to reduce these extortionate rates but from anecdotal evidence in the Mortgage Prisoner community, always claim to be unable to do so. Why? Because then they’d make less money of course.

Not even a mortgage lender!
Absolute scam of a company that don't sell any mortgage products. They are basically an asset management company that buy debts. The government sold on all the NRAM mortgages to these corrupt vultures. We now have interest rates of 8% and rising. They are making people I'll and causing them to lose their homes. It should be illegal what they are doing.

If I could give minus I would. NOT a mortgage company ! Customer service terrible offer no help . Extortionate interest rates ! The sooner this robbing company goes under the better !

If I could give absolutely nothing I would. Absolute vultures. Zombie lender that has my mortage from the old Nothern Rock mortgages. My mortgage has gone up about 11 or 12 times despite other mortgage companies not doing the same. I cant get out of this nightmare of a company. ANSWER this Heliodor. If you are UNACTIVE and cannot offer any products, then why do you only put our rates UP and never back down again when we are on a "variable rate". Vultures.

Shame on the people working for them I would rather clean toilets than work for them they are vultures preying off peoples miss fortune

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I wasn’t even given a choice, was sold to them my NRAM! Terrible customer services and pure sharks when it comes to interest rates with no options given to remortgage as they have no alternative products! Nearly ruined my life!
