Brilliant, friendly extremely efficient customer service I would highly recommend Hificorner.

Wonderful experiance in a day an age where speaking to an English advisor is not the norm. Staff at the store did their best to advise me and get my order out the day before Christmas eve.

I have been buying from the Falkirk branch of HiFi Corner for many years now and have purchased a range of components ranging from interconnect cables to pre-amps, amp and speakers.
The advice which I have been given, irrespective of the purchase price of the item, has always been professional and useful, given in a friendly and informative manner.
Being able to select from a good range of manufacturers, which the staff have a sound knowledge of, in comfortable surroundings, certainly adds to the buying experience.
Overall, I would suggest that the principal forte of HiFi Corner is having staff who are obviously enthusiastic in terms of assisting you as much as possible in selecting purchases which will meet your defined needs and subsequently enhance your listening experience.

I bought Arcam products from Hifi Corner when I lived in Edinburgh and placed an online order with them recently. I got a call straight away to confirm that the Sennheiser earphones were not currently in stock, but I would get the first pair to arrive. I was kept informed the whole time and it was great to deal with knowledgeable people who care about the products that they sell. When the earphones arrived, they were packaged really well. They also used a reliable courier firm, unlike Amazon et al. All in all, I'd highly recommend Hifi Corner.

I made a purchase via HiFiCorner for the Mission MX4s a few weeks ago and not only did this company call me to tell me that the order was received and being shipped, I had also benefited from a pricing error on the website. They explained when I would received delivery of the speakers and the benefits of using Mission, they also said they would honour the price listed (which they did not have to do at all).

The item arrived perfectly on time and was in perfect condition, even with the shipping/in transit. These guys at HiFiCorner are the absolute “noise” and should be everyone’s first port of call for their home entertainment!

I've visited Hi Fi Corner many times in the past but have always left feeling I can go back there. The staff are so friendly and you're always met with a smile. The sales pitch is very good and you don't feel pressured.
I was in the market for a Sub Woofer and wanted to see if Hi Fi Corner had anything. They took note of my needs and recommended the Bowers & Wilkins ASW608. All I can say is wow. It totally transforms your listening experience. If you've never had an Active Sub Woofer you have no idea what you're missing.
The guys in the shop were able to tell me how to set it up and where to set it up.

Ordered a couple of Sonos items at the best price I could find on the internet and the overall experience from purchase to delivery was of the highest quality. I had reason to speak to a couple of their members of staff who were very helpful. Very highly recommended!!!

Just a quick note to say the level of service given by joe was top notch and I live over 400 miles away all dealings dealt with by phone I have not spent a fortune with them given the top level of equipment but that did not matter he still dealt with me in an extremely professional manner returning all my calls and dealt with the problems I had. The only issue I have is I wish my local dealer was half as good as these guys cheers james k
