I did training for first aid and they said certificate they will provide in 10 working days they are lying, I missed Job because they need for job my friend did with another company they are providing same day. Not happy 😒 they just need money stealer

Highfield Online Training offer online training courses to support learners with their learning journey. I have checked our system and cannot find you as a learner of any of our online courses.
I note in your review that you mention a certificate and believe you may have taken training leading to a qualification. Training for a first aid qualification would have included classroom-based training and a practical assessment. If this is the case, it is not something Highfield Online Training would have been involved with.
A certificate for any qualifications you have undertaken should be provided to you by your training provider. You will be able to get their details from any booking confirmation emails or invoice.

Whatever you do … don’t use Highfield…
Whatever you do … don’t use Highfield learning !!
It crashes constantly ….. takes days … you can’t jump to the assessment … you have to sit and listen and even if you switch off the sound you can’t just read it yourself you have to go at their speed which is the slowest thing you’ve ever done !!

The worst on-line training I have ever completed!!
The worst on-line training I have ever completed!!! Each module took so long to complete. The Narrator was extremely annoying to listen to and unable to turn off. You were unable to fast forward slides if you were already familiar with the information. Lots of clitches where the screen froze and unable to progress….so annoying. Was losing the will to live by the end. Thought it couldn’t get any worse and then there’s the quiz at the end where you have to score 100%. If you fail you have to repeat some of the slides before redoing the quiz. Thankfully I discovered a useful hack… if you fail the quiz just press the ‘back’ button to re-start the quiz and select the correct answers. If I hadn’t have discipovered this I would likely still be there now. Never again!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of enrolling in an online training website, and to say it was a complete disaster would be an understatement. From the moment I signed up, it was evident that this platform was nothing more than a money-making scheme. The website's interface was outdated and clunky, making navigation a headache. It felt like a labyrinth of confusion with no clear direction.
The course content was even worse – poorly organized and lacking in-depth knowledge. It seemed like the materials were hastily thrown together with no regard for quality or coherence. The promised "expert instructors" were anything but; their presentation skills were dull and unengaging, making it a struggle to stay focused.
The worst part was the lack of customer support. When I encountered technical issues, reaching out for assistance was an exercise in frustration. It took days to receive generic responses that barely addressed my concerns.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the platform was riddled with technical glitches and constant crashes, hindering my learning progress further. It's evident that they prioritized profit over user experience.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money on this online training website. It was an utter disappointment and a complete waste of resources. Look elsewhere for a legitimate and reputable platform that values its users and delivers on its promises.

Painful experience!!!!
0 stars actually but that isn't an option!
By far, the worst online course I have ever had the misfortune to experience! It took well over the time stated due to the painfully slow and unnecessarily dumbed down process of each module - my brain actually hurts!!
Do your self a favour and find a different course..... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Worst Learning Platform Ever
Absolutely horrible and useless learning platform. 1 incorrect answer at the assessment right at the end makes you restart the entire course from start without the feature to skip to just the test. When you eventually complete the one module with the test correctly you can’t save and exit so have to restart🤦♂️. Boring, too slow, no support from their support team. 1.5 hours for 1 module with 11 slides and theres 13 modules to complete? I’ll be in my grave by the time the course is complete. Would not recommend this at all, use another learning platform. Deserves 0 stars and app developers should be arrested and jailed for life!

if i could give 0 stars i would. absolutely awful. the course took 9 hours due to the way the questions were set, you had to get 100% on each module before you could move on and then if you got one wrong would have to go through the whole module again before retrying. i will NEVER use this company again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The absolute worst
The absolute worst. It is absurdly complicated and is ultimately non-functional. We tried to do a simple food safety course. It was impossible to log in after logging out. Lists of courses did not appear; weird DOS style prompts kept popping up, and there was no support at all. Zero, zilch, nada. Unbelievably bad. We wrote off the £60.00 and started with a new vendor. I am amazed that anyone could put out a product this bad in 2023. The programming is 1985 level. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

honestly done loads of these courses…
honestly done loads of these courses over the years and this is just rubbish. slow, boarding and just complicated for no reason. caused a lot of issues with my team, due to how long its taken to complete.

Narration should be optional
Narration should be optional. I can read faster and spending 40 minutes on one module instead of 15 is absolutely pointless. And some of the slides for example one when narrator tells you what you just learned about should not be included in it. Absolutely useless
